I like Noah Grant's Grill House and Oyster Bar, though I miss their old location with the seating in the brick alley, though the new location does still have some outdoor seating. It also is a bit more on the expensive side. If you don't have kids with you, The Friendly Tavern is cheaper and also really good, especially if you luck in to a window table on the second floor overlooking Main St. The portions are huge and they don't allow anyone under 18. The Salty Cowboy is a block off Main St and offers decent Mexican food. They have a nice brick patio for outdoor dining as well.

Noah Grants isn't moderately priced, but it is delicious. It's the highest-end restaurant on Main St. The owner also owns Salty Cowboy (which is moderately priced). Salty Cowboy is almost always packed FYI, and usually there's a wait. She's about to open a third place on Main Street so depending on your timing that might be an option.

I'd suggest Rush on Main although it's up a long flight of stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility issues you should avoid it. It has great views of Main Street if you're looking for something overlooking downtown (perhaps that's what Brandon means?). Chicago-style eatery.

The Friendly Tavern doesn't have a second floor that's open to the public. There's a step up to second room that's still on ground level, which means you're looking straight at people walking past. It's bar food, mostly fried.

Another fancier restaurant is Convivio - Italian food and about the same price point at Noah Grants.

For sitting outdoors however Cobblestone is a great spot. They're also a little pricier but they have an outdoor patio tucked between two old buildings that's perfect in the summer. It's lightly shaded and often has live music.

I assume you mean for dinner? Some of these places aren't open for lunch and many aren't open on Mondays or Sundays. Check first.
