Hello I am going to India to attain my cousin sisters wedding and another sisters engagement and I am confused regarding rules to follow while gifting:-
1.When to give gift? Before function or on stage.
2.Whom to give gift? I mean directly give my cousins gifts to them or to their parents.
I know it sound silly but I am not aware about all this and I don't like show off and stuff like that.

You give to her parents. You no need to give your sister during engagement. Personally if you want to give some thing then you can. During engagement they give gifts to each other.

The other one who is getting engaged give to her.

You can give the gift to the couple directly when they will be sitting on the stage.
