Tylenol and Ibuprofen.

Hi, visiting a friend in Manila amd I want to bring Tylenol and Ibuprofen over the counter from costco as well as some anti acid costco pills. Is this allowed. Will bting about 600 acetaminophen pills and 300 Ibuprofen these are costco bottles that's why the number of pills are relatively higher than a regular otc pills.

Thank you.

Those are OTC meds and are not regulated.

You can also include multivitamins, Bengay and fish oil as they are very popular pasalubongs from the USA aside from Tylenol.

They are probably cheaper here in The Generic Pharmacy.

Get your friend to check the price. There are branches of TGP everywhere.

You can bring them, no problem. We also brought Mucinex and left them with one of our tour guides in Palawan as he was getting sick and didn't have as easy access to pharmacies on these remote islands as we would back home.

My family and I were able to bring several bottles of Advil, Tylenol, and Pepto Bismol (both the liquid and chewable types) without a problem.

My wife and I always bring large Costco bottles of medicines and donate them to the clinic in her home barrio. Be sure to bring in sealed, unopened bottles. That way there is no doubt about the contents.

Yeah, maximize your luggage allowance with all those tablets, pills, gels and ointments. That's mainly what a balikbayan box is for.
