Visiting the Philippines in August, travelling with adult children. Any suggestion of a good resort for about 12 guests? Not too expensive. all inclusive preferably.

Not too expensive means different things to different people. You should specify budget in pesos.

Go to booking sites and put in your dates and filter according to your affordability. You can even do this on TripAdvisor.

I would go on a booking site ag Agoda or Booking.com and do a map view

Davao is a large city and it may be better if looking for a resort to be more in the countryside or on Samal island

Hi! try visiting Samal island. You can book an overnight or a day trip. Check Club Samal, Chema's, paradise Island, etc...
