Can I use a three day pass on non consecutive days - some sites seem to suggest must be consecutive?

From the backside of the (old) ticket it was clear that the day-visits can be made any day during the validity period. Here's a memento from the first time I visited :-) https:/…angkor-wat-ticket-backside.png

Wow, increased by USD $22 for the 3-day pass? That's sad, I can have meals for 5 days with 22 bucks in my country.
