is this possible?

my gf come to singapore from 14 May 2018 to 11 June 2018. She went back to her country thailand.

And she book a return trip to singapore on 14 june 2018. Can she be able to stay here for another 30 days?

I see no problem, but if the immigration officer has doubts about her intentions and purpose of too frequent visits to singapore, she can be denied from entry. Each Immigration decision is a sole discretion of the passport control officer.

Frankly, nobody on this forum will be able to tell you if it is possible. It all depends on the immigration officer on duty at that time.
