Good day. You should travel to any country where the Azerbaijani embassy exists and apply for visa. Some of the embassies accept the documents by post, so you can check this option is the personal presence required or not. The available and nearest embassies to Philippines are:
Indonesia
Malaysia
Japan
South Korea
You can also apply in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The personal precense is required. The procedure will take about 10 business days.
I am a filipino currently working in Saudi Arabia, my question is, is it really necessary to have a LOI from AZ as an added requirement for obtaining tourist visa? I already have chosen a package tour anyway but I did not confirm it yet. Thanks in advance.
Thank you. For everyone's benefit, I sent our documents (passports included) to the AZ Embassy in Kuala Lumpur via DHL. Visa processing takes a week and they'll send it back via DHL. This is the only way for PH passport holders living in the Philippines to obtain an Azan visa.
