Makati/Pasay to Taal heritage town, Batangas

Hi, we are coming to the Philippines for the New Year and would like to visit the heritage town of Taal in Batangas. Can you please let us know of modes of public transport from Makati/Pasay area to Taal? Many thanks, happy New Year!

We took the Jam Liner a few years ago from Buendia (Gil Puyar LRT station). The Jam terminal is just outside the LRT station along with other bus companies. Read the attached.
