Hi, tanong ko lang how do i get to NAIA 3 from batangas.

Andito po ako ngayon sa rosario batangas at bago lang po ako dito, pano ako makakarating ng NAIA?

Please ask all questions in English.

There are frequent buses from Batangas to Pasay City, close to Manila NAIA.

If you are in Rosario get any Manila bound bus and ask the conductor to drop you off somewhere where you can take a taxi to T3 - such as airport road orf start of the new skyway to airport before Baclaran

I'm not sure but if buses stop at Coastal Mall get a taxi from there

Get GRAB app on your phone as often taxis parked up where passengers get off try and overcharge , if getting a white taxi ake sure he uses meter

as Victorianlad said please ask in English as on first glance I thought you were coming from Batangas City. I assume you are coming from Rosario just past Cavite in Batangas province and Lipa is the wrong forum
