RTT Jacuzzi question

Does the RTT have a Jacuzzi in the room like the other rooms or does the one on the roof basically replace this one?

Yes it still has the jacuzzi like all other rooms. It's in a little alcove that has fllor to cieling glass doors that open up onto the balcony. Pretty sweet. IMO it's a much better location for the tub than a lot of resorts where they are right in the middle of the room.

That's great....nice to have an option in case the RTT whirlpool is cold. We're going in late April so I am guessing it'll be cold in the morning but probably be fine by the time you use it. But it's nice to have an option on rainy days as well. Hard to form a solid opinion having never been but when I see these rooms and what they have to offer, I cannot imagine a better deal when you factor in price. There may be nicer rooms/resorts...there may be cheaper rooms/resorts but I doubt there is the combination of both. The only real "negatives" I have heard are the food can be hit or miss (IMO if you're looking for food, you should be in Europe anyway and in Mexico I would count five star food as a bonus) and the entertainment is weak (wow...certainly something I'd trade for the nice room and inexpensive price). Oh yes...and sea grass.....who cares. I was thinking of taking the sea grass back to my room, drying it, and making some nice sushi rolls :)

Sorry for the sloppy spelling...ouch! Sometimes I go too fast.

Anyway, I doubt that very many people have found the "perfect" resort for them and that's why you always like to try someplace new. EPM had a lot of perfect things for us, most importantly the layout of the resort, the rooms and the fun factor. Service was near perfect and food and drink was very very good to us. Could it have been better - sure but nothing to complain about. If you could just transport the beach from Maroma up to EPM, then we probably wouldn't even bother to look elsewhere!
