There are no direct buses. There is a regular shuttle from the airport into Mahon's central bus station but the service from Mahon and to Binibeca is not at all frequent ( there are only 3 buses each way per day see http://www.tmsa.es/TransporteRegular.aspx?lang=1)

There is a taxi rank just outside the arrivals hall - http://www.mymenorca.info/menorca-taxi-prices/ suggests that the fare will be around 22 euros each way and that is by far the fastest option. You may be able to find a prebooked transfer ( see info on that on the mymenorca taxi page ) but as Binibeca is not a large resort area you could be hanging around a long time meeting a couple of flights for the bus to fill. I would go with the taxi option myself

By the way once in the resort taxis are really easy to order. Up at the Vell end there is a taxi rank (though often not any taxis there!) However, if you wander up and take a note of the taxi number you can call them and they speak decent English so it is easy to pre book a taxi if you want to go anywhere else. You can also call them to pre book a taxi for return to the airport. They will pick you up from your accommodation so you don't have to be waiting at the taxi rank etc.

We were there recently and used them for various trips. Very efficient and decently priced.

I do not often visit Binibeca so you will get better recommendations about places to eat from others I am afraid, but if you want more info about Binibeca Vell and the beach etc you may find the info in this thread useful https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g1078317-i12377-k9782228-Binibeca_info_required-Binibeca_Minorca_Balearic_Islands.html#77392953

When you first arrive try and grab one of the free tourist info guides that can be found in hotel /apartment foyers, many shops, bars ,car hire places etc (and of course the tourist info office in Mahon) - these have good street maps in them and are quite sufficient for sightseeing purposes

As you are only staying for 3 nights with no car, you obviously do not have lobg for sightseeing but if you get the early bus into Mahon one day you will find that it is a lovely city with lots of character and places to eat and if you go in the morning I can recommend dropping by at the old traditional fish market building close to the steps down to the harbour as apart from being somewhere with an amazing array of fresh things to buy for self catering, it is buzzing with locals eating tapas, having coffee, eating cake and generally chilling out and socialising with each other . You may not have time to take a bus out from Mahon to another area unless you are very organised planning in advance but if you do decide to move onto somewhere it is quite feasible to catch a bus back as far as you can and then take a taxi if there is no connection for that last leg back to Binibeca

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. Simple meals right on the beach at the Buccaneros r you could stroll along to one of the many restaurants at Cala Torret up some steep steps and views out to the sea. Nice restaurant and huge swimming pool at Es Furcat in Binibeca. Walk back from Torret to Bb Vell 4km.

You will find a few restaurants in the Vell itself also a little 5 minute stroll to the Bini Inn for delicious steaks.

As previously stated 20 minutes walk to beach. Very quaint beach bar in lovely setting but poor food, great for a drink though. Near the beach just 5 minutes away is Cala Torret where you have 4 restaurants with views overlooking the sea. You could eat in one of these one night, then another Bini Inn - you will see this as you walk to the beach as it's near the Vell end. Book an upstairs terrace table overlooking the sea. Nice food and views watching the sun set and on a good day you can see Majorca from their terrace. Then in Binibeca Vell there are two restaurants with a great atmosphere and buzz Sa Musclera tapas and very popular with the Spanish and the more formal fish restaurant opposite but both of these you would need to book in the morning.

There are other restaurants there as well but in the covered commercial zone and you don't have any view to speak of unless you go upstairs to El Furat that has a pool as well. Also a great bar in the commercial area BB Cervezza.

Have a lovely time it is villa eye candy in Binibeca and you will see exactly what I mean when you are there!
