I emailed the bus company whether they accepted concessionary freedom passes (England only) and got no reply. If no luck then I will get someone to phone up. I may have a disability but I’m independent. The website wasn’t helpful and I found an article about ten years old. Which I’ve since discounted.

a) which bus company? In England there are many different ones.
b) have you thought of asking on he local forum for Weymouth?
c) when did you e-mail?? It migh have escaped your notice but it is a Bank Holiday in the UK today so I doubt there will be anyone hanging around a bus company office just waiting to answer random e-mails, have some patience perhaps?
True. I work in retail where it’s a 24/7 business. I think it was firstbus.
I just came out of Amazon Go and got two items and walk in and out in 1m 24s.
Edited: April 19, 2022, 12:05 amAlso adding to this. The services isn’t always efficient as I had to chase a George order by email and it took 3 weeks of being persistent. So it works both ways.

Otherwise I think it'll be a question of what happens when you board the bus. If they accept the pass, that's great, otherwise you'll have to pay. Unless it's a deal breaker.
