I would like to inquire about the recent drop in our property's ranking (Ibis Jakarta Mangga Dua Square) from #35 to #162. Upon reviewing the situation, we found that there are no negative reviews for Ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square this month and all of our reviews are authentic.
Skimming the most recent reviews, most of them appear to name individual or multiple employees, which is often a sign that either reviews are being solicited, or that employees are being rewarded for positive mentions.
Neither of those are allowed by TA.

TA staff have commented many times, that the best way for a business owner to contact them about their listing, is via their “Management Centre”.
1. Log in to the Management Centre
2. Find the "Contact Tripadvisor" box on the right side of the page
3. Click the "Get online help" link
4. Complete the form for your request

How do you know?
Highly suspicious pattern of fake reviews, far too many mention staff by name.
If I was TA_ I would suspect staff are writing the reviews for reward.

365 helpful votes The reviews do seem to indicate that there is something fishy going on. My bet is that staff are being incentivised and are pressurising guests or getting family/friends to submit reviews for them.
