I am writing to inform that I process a payment on February 4, 2025 against booking reference: PB725T9. Payment deducted twice from my account and it has been claimed by Tripadvisor but your support staff kept informing me that payment is not processing at our end. Now my booking has been cancelled and payment has already been made. Please advise what is the procedure to get my refund. It is very upsetting.
