Double Payment Charged and booking cancelled

I am writing to inform that I process a payment on February 4, 2025 against booking reference: PB725T9. Payment deducted twice from my account and it has been claimed by Tripadvisor but your support staff kept informing me that payment is not processing at our end. Now my booking has been cancelled and payment has already been made. Please advise what is the procedure to get my refund. It is very upsetting.

Please respond at earliest.

Yes, my bank informed me that the payment has been claimed and charged from my account.

There are no Tripadvisor or Viator staff on this forum, Rabia. So it's not an effective way of contacting anyone who can help. In order to try and point you in the right direction can you say what you booked and how you contacted support staff?

I hope you have not fallen for a fraudulent website pretending to be TA.

What is it you booked and how did you pay? Do you have a link to the listing on Tripadvisor which you have booked, as RoJBlake has suggested you may have inadvertently tried to book something on a fake Tripadvisor link.

Also to add, as we have no idea where you are based as you have no location on your profile, does your bank not offer any kind of consumer protection against purchases where goods or services are not received?
