365 helpful votes You are not in touch with TA staff in this forum. We are just ordinary users. I guess you are an owner or manager at the establishment but you haven't said. Anyway, if you are, and you have claimed the listing, try going into your management centre and contacting TA directly.
I don’t think it matters what dates you enter, if you’re not signed up (& paying) to one of their programs, it will always say “…..not available on Tripadvisor”
It’s not saying you do not have availability, it’s just saying not via a TA_ partner.
I could be wrong, have you tried other dates?
But TA_ is a business, it’s all about the bottom line.

365 helpful votes I think you are probably right on all counts, algarve. It crossed my mind that the OP would have to sign up to something and pay for the privilege of getting bookings via TA. With commission as well most probably.
The wording is a clue. It does not mention being sold out but I think the message could be much clearer if our suspicions are correct.
Tripadvisor staff removed this post because it did not meet Tripadvisor's forum guideline with regards to harassment of another user.
