What are forum guidelines?Reviews are not published instantly, they have to go through various checks.
Do not get involved in your customers reviews, it will not do you any favours with TA_
New listings take awhile to sync across the board.
Just be patient before trying to do anything to update the listing. Any changes must be made via your Management Centre, is that what you’re doing?

So are you saying that you have access to your Management Centre or not?
Sadly, TA is littered with all sorts of bugs and glitches. It may be some problem with your account that is allowing others to see reviews but not you. That's why a link would be helpful.

I believe that an owner is allowed to have two accounts. In addition to your business account, you can have a personal one. (Be very careful that you don't mix them up.) When you use a new personal account, can you see the reviews?
If you contact TripAdvisor staff to ask about the status of your listing reviews from other people, that is considered "involved"

I see the green dots showing 5 reviews, the excellent rating with 6 reviews and 2 published reviews.
I’ve not seen something like that before. One possibility is that there are a few reviews in pending, waiting for the okay to publish or not

I see six reviews, all bar one were written on the 3rd Feb. Not suspicious at all !!
