Most people reading reviews are not the slightest bit interested in reviews that are full of employee names. They want details on the hotel itself. Perhaps it’s time your employer found a better way of rewarding its staff.
Edited: January 15, 2025, 7:47 amSounds like you and your employer has not read the Review Guidelines:-
“ Employee Incentives. It is a violation of our guidelines for a property to offer incentives designed to reward employees for encouraging reviews, e.g., a bonus for being mentioned in a review, or a contest for the highest number of reviews achieved within a certain timeframe. Such programs are against our guidelines and may be met with penalties to a property’s ranking. If you are aware of such programs at any property, please let our team know by emailing contentintegrity@tripadvisor.com ”

But Bella can you let us know the name of the hotel, please.
Hi Bella29;
Recently, a user came to this forum to ask why his review was deleted by TA staff.
He had been at the resort for a week and when he posted a copy here, it read like a grocery list of employees. There was no mention of the room, the hotel's amenities, or anything of substance, just name after name after name and what department they worked in.
When I read a review I want to know how comfortable the beds are, how quiet the rooms are, what the view was like out of the room, how clean the pool was... NOT a list of who works there.
Best Regards
