Not sure about including the line mentioning the YouTube channel you appear on and the collection of someone's activity information. I've not seen anything like that in other tour operator websites for listed companies. That could be seen by TA as competition or it could be seen as self promotion.

Strangely enough they did not even see my Website when I tried to register my Business, the site was not live then.

This is the response after I enquired why I am rejected:

"Hello,

Due to inconsistencies surrounding your account that we are unable to reconcile, your account has been removed. Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse advertising. We cannot divulge further details for the reasons for your account removal.

Kind regards,

Trust and Safety Team"

They don't even give me a chance to learn what alleged inconsistencies they refer to, they simply do not divulge any further Information.

I consider that very poor business conduct.

They may have rejected you due to no website.

On there registration template theay states providing a Website URL is optional, hence this in probably not the reason why.

TA staff have commented many times that they must be able to independently confirm that your business exists, either by a website or other online presence.

As others have said, TA do need proof from links that your business does exist, a website is often the best proof.

You say you live in Germany, but the profile you used for this forum says you live in New York. If you used that profile when submitting your business, that could cause problems.

Looking at your website, it stresses the e-book as much as the tours. If the reviewer doesn't speak good English, that could confuse them. This could also confuse the Google search results.

Leave it a few months, then you could try to sugmit it again, possibly resolving the issues I've mentioned. Meanwhile find other ways to promote your business, that may be a more productive use of your time.

You will need a live website in your listing submission form. That's how TA check out your business and that you do what you say you do.

There are a number of owners who participate in TA who have businesses located in a different city/country than where they usually reside. I know a couple of them change their location under their avatar, to reflect where they are at a given period of time.
