Liz has the best roti on Reduit beach. She can be seen walking up and down the beach daily selling her delicious roti. She is a gem! Prices are reasonable and you can also get fresh juices and banana cake!

First of all Liz makes her roti fresh everyday including the wrap.. She has, chicken, beef, vegetable, fish and shrimp.. every one made super size stuffed with only the best of ingredients...
if you are on Réduit beach you will see her walking the beach with her cooler, you need to do yourself a favour and try them, you won’t regret it.. she also makes fresh pineapple and banana cakes daily...
Liz puts in a 20 hour day to provide her amazing lunches on a daily basis.
She is a must try on Réduit Beach, Rodney Bay, St Lucia

We saw Liz’s sign on Rodney Bay beach and later saw her doing her “walk-around” selling her home made rotis and baked goods and drinks. We sampled the chicken, shrimp and fish rotis and they were filling and fabulous! Nicely spiced (we amped it up with Liz’s homemade hot sauce!). Great, authentic roti with a choice of fillings and an ideal, affordable snack or lunch on the beach. Be sure to catch her early and buy when you see her as she often sells out by the time her walk is done. Enjoy!

Located in front of the Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Liz's food is delicious and well priced. She offers a choice of chicken, beef or vegetarian rotis. All are delicious and not too hot, as I don't like spicy food, but there is the option of adding hot sauce. She also sells cake for those wanting a sweet option. Again delicious.

We bought Liz's food from our beach bed in front of The Bay Gardens Beach Resort Hotel and it was a delicious lunch. You must try the vegetarian roti. Delicious.

Liz isn't a hawker. she works at one of the local hotels. We purchased local juice drinks and proper guyanese chicken rotis.
Her prices are cheap. st lucia is a very expensive place to eat

We went to the beach most days during our 10 day stay at Rodney Bay. We looked forward to Liz’s visit each time we were there. Her rotis are fantastic, as well as her caked and the mango juice. We tried the chicken, fish and beef rotis as well as her homemade hot sauce. Delicious! We are home now and really miss her food. If you are lucky enough to go to the beach at Rodney Bay, watch for Liz and try her wonderful food. Don’t be fooled by “imitators”.

This is a little late but I had the best Roti from the kindest lady at Reduit beach in my last visit to St Lucia.
I’ve tried all her flavours and made the point of getting almost everyday. And the hot sauce is gosh just thinking about it makes me salivate. It’s truly one of the best. Also she makes amazing fresh juices. I can’t wait to eat her Lizs rotisserie again in tree weeks when I’m back in this beautiful island. Liz I’m so excited to eat your food again xxxx

Wonderful food, great customer service!
We met Liz during our stay at Bay Gardens Resort. She has amazing food ( her fish roti was my favorite), cake, and local juice readily available to guests enjoying the beach . I highly recommend. Looking forward to trying her authentic dinner experience my next visit to St. Lucia.

Although, my niece and I paid for the all inclusive at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, I really enjoyed getting a veggie roti from Liz at the beach. They were tasty, warm, well made and a perfect lunch daily at the beach. On one day, I did not see her, and so ordered the veggie roti from the Bay Gardens. Although it was good, Liz's roti was better. The vegetables were cut up smaller and blended well. Liz is also friendly and helpful and has a pleasant demeanor.

We spent the last week in St. Lucia at Bay Garden Resort. Liz was there at Reduit beach every day selling roti and homemade cakes. The only thing I would have to complain about is that I did not opt to buy one the first day we were there. Boy, was I wrong. I had her chicken roti and pineapple cake, and I was hooked for the rest of the week. Probably one of the best foods I have ever had while visiting the different Caribbean islands. We had an all-inclusive package and I still purchased from her every day! She also makes her own hot sauce which is amazing, and I brought a few bottles home with me. I know some people will say 15 dollars is a lot, but for a homemade meal it was worth every penny. If you are at the beach she comes and lets everyone know where she is at, and you won't be disappointed giving her roti a try!!!!

Liz’s voice was one of the first I heard on the beach during our stay at bay gardens beach resort. Her sweet island accent announced who she was what she was selling, and that she was a legit business, but was not pushy. After a few days on the beach I decided to go all in with a chi horn roti and boy. I’m so glad I did. I’m not a huge Indian food aficionado, but the roti was delicious! Savory, just a a little spice, and she gives you some (very) hot sauce to try as well. Maybe the best food I had on the island! 😍

We met Liz on the beach near the Bay Gardens Resort in Rodney Bay on our first day in St. Lucia. Never had roti before and we were thrilled that she had vegetarian for us and meat for the other members of our party. My kids and I LOVED what she brought us so much that we bought her pineapple cake as well. Liz was so friendly and invited us to her home for a meal later in the week. We made a reservation for the 13 of us in our party. She sent taxis to come and get us and we had an absolutely incredible evening of food, laughter and karaoke. The whole experience with Liz was unforgettable and was one of my favorite parts of our trip. We tried roti all over the island but it was not nearly as tasty as Liz’s. When I got home I tried to make my own roti and, while it was tasty, it was nothing compared to Liz’s. She will always bear the gold standard for roti and I will always remember sitting on the beach eating her roti with my freshly cut coconut as one of my favorite memories of that trip.

My friend met Liz while we were in the market. We learned that she sells homemade roti at Reduit Beach & hosts dinners in her home. My friend got a veggie roti with lemonade & I got a fish roti with a side of hot sauce & tamarind juice. We both got the pineapple cake. Everything was good & hit the spot! The roti is neatly rolled & easy to eat on the beach. The hot sauce is good & HOT! The drinks were tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. The very large slices of cake were good. If you're hungry on Reduit Beach, give Liz Roti a try. Look for her behind the beach chairs against the wall of the Bay Gardens hotel.
