Nice ambience in this restaurant. Salmon salad starter limited by the available lettuce in the area so no nice leaves, just plain iceberg, but good. Focaccia starter nice. Tenderloin was quite tough but the lasagne was tasty. No choice of wine, only the house, but...it was good. Waitresses never smiled. Small problem at the end which the waitresses glossed over but the friendly manager sorted. I guess this is 5* restaurant in Tacloban but 3* on the world stage.More

I’ve been a “regular” ever since 2013 when relief operations for SuperTyphoon Yolanda kept bringing me back to Tacloban on a regular basis. I think in the last six years I’ve returned to Tacloban maybe 100 times and except for two or three occasions it...always meant taking a great meal here. Whether it’s the salmon or the pork or the pizza or the pasta.... you can never go wrong!More

The last time I visited this restaurant was two years ago, so on this current business trip, I decided to have dinner there last night with friends. We had pizza cappricioza and seafood platter. The pizza was quite good but not outstanding. Same with the...seafood platter. But then again, this is Tacloban and the restaurant says it serves “Italian-Filipino” cuisine so one cannot expect 100% Italian flavor. Service is good. Will go back the next time I am in Tacloban.More
The dishes are actually good and the servings is huge. We ordered grilled porkchop and grilled chicken and pasta prosciutto. I definitely love the dessert of lava cake with ice cream and they gave us a free shot of amaretto.
Got several different dishes here. 2 were steak with what was meant to be different sauces, when they were clearly not and the same sauce that was on a ravioli. Hmmmm change the chef.
I've been to Tacloban and dined at all of the top restaurants. I rank Guisseppes as the best restaurant in Tacloban for one simple reason- their food is consistently the tastiest. I recommend Trip Advisor move Guisseppes to the # 1 rated restaurant in Tacloban.
Owner is arrogant and only cares about sucking money from customers. He does not care about his customers or how theyd feel. He will treat you according to your food bill.
