Traditional restaurant, in a village in the mountains of the Rugova valley. About an hour from Peja. We ate very well, lamb and genuine local dishes. Very nice place and very kind staff. Very affordable prices. To get there you follow a mountain road, nothing complex (all asphalt) but recommended for those who are practical.

Had a short stop at this wonderful restaurant on our way to Peja. Amazing landscaping and beautiful view. Watch the mountains, honeybee combs and chicken.
Restaurant WiFi is great which is badly needed. Baklava is fresh as well as the pastries. Wonderful staff.

I came here with 3 of my friends for dinner and the food was absolutely incredible, the best traditional food that I have eaten so far during my time in Kosova! In fact we ended up coming back the next morning for breakfast which was equally as delicious.
The waiting staff are incredibly polite and helpful and the service is quick also. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant when I return to Pejë.
I might also add, they have some great options for vegetarians and celiac diners, as one of my friends is both of these and was able to have a delicious meal here too!
Thank you Guri i Kuq for providing such a great experience for me and my friends! If I could give more than 5*, I would.

We stumbled across this place whilst driving and walking in the Rugova mountains.
The service was great (helpful staff and quick service) and the food was fantastic- tasty local cheeses, delicious bread and the best cornbread in Kosovo. We ate a lot of good food on our trip but this was the best we found. Definitely worth the drive to get there. To finish the meal we were given a complimentary house rakia and this was also fantastic.

You are here probably hiking in the Accursed Mountains and hopefully returned healthy after a hard climb and descend to/from the Leqinat lake. After you hiking you must visit this restaurant offering fantastic views, friendly service and excellent food. The grilled trout was good and juicy.

This is our third visit to this restaurant.
Loved it every single time. The place might not look much but the view service and food is top notch.
This time we asked the waiter to send a mixture of specialities and he didn’t disappoint.
If you love scenic views and delicious wholesome home cooking and you happen to be in the area it’s definitely worth a visit.
