The web site says yes, the bar person there said No. Went back to accommodation and had a toastie. Beer and cider are cold, good airco with interesting flap fans

Take my advice and eat somewhere else while in Jabiru. Service was ok but food was not. The chicken was dry, it had a sour taste and seemed to be going off. Menu is overpriced.
We went there to have a feed. We both got satay chicken wings and some fries. When we got the chicken there was not a sign of satay on the wings. The fries were burnt and dry. I went and saw the so called chef...More
Dear Eating, Your review is certainly the opposite of the scenario. You did complain about your Chicken Wings though, however both your plates were completely empty?? Lucky the Manager does knows how to spot a con and all you got was a free drink.
It was very quiet the night we dined (apparently Fri night was big!) The menu was limited but our meals were large & tasty. Hubby had meaty pork ribs with heaps of veges & I had salmon that tasted really fresh , not bland &...More
We had dinner one evening here, food fine- wine a bit warm(red) but good selection of beers. Free wifi chatty locals and very friendly atmosphere.
Tasty and generous plates! Nice people and seems to be used by locals. Really good adress for someone hungry who wants to eat simply.
We certainly did not expect exceptional or cheap eating options in Kakadu but we were really disappointed with the options where we were staying some distance outside of Jabiru. I found out about the Jabiru Sports & Social Club on Trip Advisor and headed there...More
We went here a couple of times for drinks and one meal. The bar on Friday night had a great atmosphere with friendly locals but I lost the meat tray raffle. I tried the Kakadu steak, while the beef was average the seafood topping was...More
Eating out in Jabiru is limited. We were advised to try the Sports Club for our evening meal. It doesn't look very inviting on the outside, but don't let that put you off. We missed the dining room entrance (at the right handside of the...More

Make sure you go hungry if you want to take on their burgers, they are enormous. Pretty damn tasty too, but messy as hell!! The kids had those, I had a steak which was dry, overcooked and tasteless, but the other meals we had were...More
