Abu Saber was recommended to me by a friend and I was not in a hurry to try it. I love hummous but there are so many places in the north to sample it. Hummous Said in Akko for example. Famous worldwide. But Abu Saber...in the small Galilee town of Arraba is the best I have EVER had. And I have had a lot. Creamy, delicious and just the right amount of tahina. I live in nearby Karmiel and kick myself for not coming sooner. Pita hot and tasty, veghies crisp and fresh. The place is inviting and the aromas are fantastic. Anyone making their way through the central/northern Galilee, when the hunger pangs hit, make your way to the lovely town of Arraba, set your Waze for Hummous Abu Saber and enjoy hummous heaven. Yummmm.More

Best Humous in israel, forget acre, tlv or any other place in Israel. If you want an authentic Humus. This is the place. New fresh Humus every morning. No leftovers and "KOLIFORMIM"

I don't live in the area, but have made it my point to visit this gen every time I'm in the Galilee in Israel. Everything is absolutely so fresh. The Hummus flavors explode in your mouth and is done with such expertise. The hospitality is...lovely and ambiance friendly. I've had Arab cuisine my whole life, this probably ranks amongst the best I've ever had, if not THE best. I will continue to make it a point to visit this incredible place. The review here limits my raves, but if there were more stars, I would give them!!!More

The hummus is one of the best hummus I had, but even more important is the service and attitude of the restaurant. Great service, very clean and pleasent, and very modest prices.

One of the best Humus ever, for a very affordable price. I go there few times a year for the past few years. You can get one Humus dish (can serve 2 easily) for 20 IS (which is about $5-$6). They also have good FALAFEL....They moved to a new place in the past year so the place looks very good, clean and inviting. Make sure you understand how to get there as it is located in the middle of village and you need to navigate through inside streets.More

As a humusologist I must tell its a great humus place. A very basic place with great salads, falafel and many variations of humus. Prices are low comparing to other places of such quality. Half a kilo of humus to go will cost you less...than 3 us$. Good bargain.More

Maybe in the all world. What to order? Hummus with ful (fava beans). Thus place has and amazing fava beans mash- maybe the best in israel. The hummus itself is gentle, bot aggressive in its spicing (the opposite of abu hasan from jafa). Personally- i...like it a lot. God help me- i liked it enough to travel from tel-aviv almost just for it!More

A humus "factory" and restaurant. Nearly all dishes are vegan. They will be opening a new, well designed and spacious wing.
