After finding two restaurants fully booked on Boxing Day, one of our group remembered that The Lime Tree had opened in Bergvliet so we decided to try it and we were not disappointed. The food was beautifully presented and delicious all round. Very friendly and...More

I remember passing this place often when it was part of a bakery chain and it is great to see how how good food is drawing a new crowd. This is a lovely place for a casual suburban breakfast or lunch with really good food....More

After reading the previous diners reviews as below, really expected something quite extra special, however, whilst a good lunchtime experience was had, was a little disappointed. The rib eye steak was perfect, medium rare as ordered and tender, but the accompanying onion rings and chips...More

This restaurant has such a good selection on the menu and really tasty too. Service was good and I really enjoyed the selection of tasty wares to purchase from the deli selection as well. This was such a treat and can't wait to go back.

This place has a nice feel about it. The decor is warm without being imposing or impersonal. The menu has some interesting combinations. Coffee is good. Ideal place for meeting friends for a catchup. Inexpensive, thus good value. Staff seem friendly. Very relaxing.

The Lime Tree Cafe opened up recently in our suburb and we were keen to try it out, which we did one Saturday morning. We think they have got it right! The servings were larger than normal, good value for money, especially the croissant with...More

An unexpected - and largely undiscovered (so far!) - gem in a quirky shopping centre in the middle of suburbia. The Lime Tree Cafe has been opened by Graham Isaacson who started the original River Cafe at Uitsig - so the restaurant has an excellent...More
