We are here with family here on vacation. Set in a beautiful location, the surrounding looks mesmerising. Lime tree restaurant in the premise has a wide variety of options of food, great ambience and impeccable service. They even organised a surprise complimentary cake for my mom’s birthday. Great choice for a holiday

Decent lunch at a decent price in a 5 Star facility (Zuri). Good service, nice ambience. It was a dry day due to new year. It problem was that the security at the main gate stopped us saying that we need to pre-book for lunch. We had to call the hotel reception to get access.

This is a great hotel for families to have a relaxing stay. Amenities and rooms are 5 star level. What really sets this experience apart is the staff and the way they take care of you. Right from the security personnel at the gate, to the reception, dining, housekeeping, and the staff operating the buggy, everyone had a smile on their face and was quick to address our queries and take care of us. We stayed during Onam 2023 with our 2 year old son. Each and every staff member developed a good rapport with our son and us. We were provided hot cups of milk at late night and early morning for our son, delivered to the room. The lagoon view room itself was neat and clean, and the bathroom was hygienic. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, and ala carte service was also quick and tasty. The campus itself is very well landscaped with lots of lawns, greenery and walkways in between. Though we didn't participate in the other activities like ziplining, cycling and spa - they are all a short walking distance from the rooms. Though I didn't get the names of All the staff members - I want to thank Sanu, Ajith, Nidhin, all the staff in the restaurant, reception, security, housekeeping, buggy for an enjoyable stay and for taking care of our son and us

We have been staying at the Zuri resort for most of the years since our first time in 2007.
We have in recent times been looked after by the executive chef Boban (who could hold his own and some at the best restaurants in the world), the experiences have been just heavenly!
We particularly prefer Indian cuisine and the indian chefs come up trumps each and every time. We particularly like the chicken tikka, black dal, bhindi burji and the thick yummy yoghurt. The lachha paratha and missi roti just add to the overall experience.
We also loved the Kerala-style lobster, fish and pizzas.
We could go on and on! You have to just experience it for yourself!

Had been to Zuri and the Lime tree restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We made a last minute request for a cake which was accommodated and whole staff joined in the celebration. The cake was beautifully decorated and very tasty. Since my daughter is allergic to certain ingredients, the head chef Bobban personally came to take our order and the food was very tasty. The service in the restaurant was impeccable. A special thanks to Sharika from the staff. We came back for the breakfast buffet the next morning and the service and the food was awesome! Overall we were very happy with everything. Will certainly come back.

An excellent meal with amazing service and atmosphere. We have visited the area from Adelaide in Australia and have found this is our favourite restaurant in the area. We were staying at a different accomodation but staff were nonetheless very attentive and caring. 10/10

The resort is tropical and peaceful with lake and backwater views. The cottages we are staying in is 5 star luxury. Very well maintained gardens. The food is really great with a wide selection of Indian and European food. Nothing is too much trouble. There is a waitress named Sangeetha what a girl always smiling and happy excellent waitress skill’s and always engaging. She makes my day carry on this way. We will miss you.

This spot is great for a night out. We had few Thai dishes, both veg and non-veg, and they were all flavourful and tasty. The drink selection was also nice. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, especially Anjali, our server. Thanks to all for a nice evening.

Executive chef, Mr. Thomas is excellent and very clearly understood our requirements, taste and expectations. Unbelievable experience and I simply loved it. We are organising a corporate group here in this property.
We had dinner food is delicious and the behaviour of service staff is also do justice to Brand.
We are handled well by Pavan and Albin from service team.

We had a total of 3 meals at lime tree out of which two were buffet and one Ala carte.
Buffet had ample variety of offerings and the food tasted really good. The ambience is of course marvellous overlooking a lush green garden and a man made pond.
Jeevan waited our table multiple times during our stay and never left any stone unturned in terms of making us feel at home, hospitality, and service.

Experience was the best in my opinion. The team prepared a lovely candle-lit dinner on the occasion of our 5th wedding anniversary with a specially curated 4 course dinner menu as per the theme. Special mention of Mr. Boppan the Head chef who designed the entire menu with careful consideration and care.

Wide variety of food in very good quality. Always very kind and supportive personell, ensuring that you have an exceptional experience. As being a foreigner, the staff (Sangeedha, Jeevan, Alan and Tinu) also helped me in experiencing local dishes, which has been awesome.
Very pleasant experience. Definitely 5/5!

Coming from a foodie who lives in London, the food at Lime Tree is some if not the best Indian food I’ve ever had! The A La cart menu and Buffet are absolutely delicious.
A special mention to all of the hotel staff especially Sangeetha for really taking care of us and making our stay so memorable.
I’ll definitely be recommending Kerala and the resort to all my network back home.

Food was OK, not great. Quantity was inconsistent, some dishes were way too meagre. Drinks - juices, cocktails & mocktails were downright terrible. Bland & flavourless. Service was great though. Really nice hospitality.
