The BEST cafe in Alaminos. They offer a wide range of menu for breakfast meals to dinner- they got everything covered. The place feels very homey, clean and beautifully decorated. They also have this wonderful garden venue for special event and offers catering services. The staff are very warm and welcoming.

Place is clean and cozy. Staff's hospitable and knowledgeable. But the food. Excellent flavors. Generous portions. All those for prices much much lower than "seafood-resto-grill" around town. We happily drove back a couple of times to Celia's for an hour for a meal and it was worth it every single time. Wish they could accept credit card next time. Otherwise it's worth a stop before heading to Bolinao.

I've been to Celias a few times now, and the staff are always friendly, the coffee is the best I've found in Alaminos, and the food seems to be consistently good. Thanks

We went there with the family (5 in all) for 'Breakfast' for which they offer a number of options. I ordered an 'English', the others had different ones and we also had their 'special' drinks. The drinks were not good and had little flavour. The food took a long time to come (no others in there when we started) and did not come together. My breakfast seemed to take 15 minutes longer than the others. When it was coming out from the kitchen they realised an 'American' had been done so sent it back again. It came back 10 minutes later by which time the egg was cold and congealed and the sausage was still an American frankfurter with mustard squiggled over it. What looked like bacon in the picture turned out to be two tiny corners of bread. My stepson also had their 'recommended' cheesecake - and would not recommend it. We gave up but the cost was high for what we got (in Philippine terms), not recommended.

We simply stopped over to try the coffee... it was okay though the taste could still improve. Also, there was a mi imum number of people being served and yet our order took some time.

From my personal IG Celia's Cafe I was in Pangasinan last weekend and it was indeed a long trip. We had to make a stop over for lunch and searching in Google was the best way to go. Celia's cafe came up with good reviews so we decided to check it out. Here's the verdict Price is reasonable. PHP1000 for 4 folks is not that bad. They have all day breakfast menu which is less than Php200 each Their iced coffee is roughly competitive with the coffee shops in the metro Menu is all day breakfast. We had to try the longganisa so we ordered that as an additional. They have an alternative option to rice too which is good. So their tagline is if you're in a diet, you can swap your rice with greens. So we did try that and I assumed it's not gonna be good cause it might not be their specialty. I was happy to taste the salad with Asian dressing. The longganisa was good and we enjoyed the not so salty and garlic flavor. Wasn't a fan of their tapa though. It was chunky and a bit dry. It wasn't for me. Coffee was surprisingly good. I thought it's the typical 3 in 1 or any instant coffee but it was freshly brewed with good caramel syrup. It helped us wake up for another stretch of long drive. Location is good. I appreciate that they stayed away from the busy market where all the people are. There was a big parking space so you don't need to worry about this. Plus, for an OC and paranoid person like me, you can easily view your car from the cafe. Their staff was friendly and accommodating. Staff and crew is always a factor to me. Regardless if your store is top notch, if your people don't have customer service, I would give you a feedback immediately. Celia's cafe has trained their staff well and though there was no small talk or whatsoever, they made me feel welcome and had served our meals on time. I would give Celia's Cafe a 4 out of 5. I recommend Celia's cafe to friends visiting the area compared to other restaurants in town. 📸Samsung S7 Edge in Pro Mode @celiascafe @samsungph #foodporn #instafood #foodgasm #foodreview #foodphotography #NicaReviews

we ate here just to get some American style breakfast while in Alaminos. They have good waffles and coffee. They have internet but the wifi was not working that day. The location is hard to find even though we saw big signs coming out of hundred islands and had to google it and ask the traffic enforcer. Glad we went.

We are visiting the 100 islands and before our trip needed some breakfast. Found Celia‘s a little off the beaten track but well worth the visit. Nice menu and good quality food. We had scrambled egg and a full American breakfast which met our expectations. Great coffee too plus good WiFi. Wirth a visit!

This beautiful cafe is well managed. Everything is very clean and hygienic, as i am used to see it in my country germany. The wafflers are very tasty and beautiful dekorated. Friendly and highly professional stuff. It is visible, that there must be a good, experienced and strong management in the background. I highly recoment this place.

This would most probably be the best food joint in Alaminos City. Service is warm and the food is great! I particularly love their Alaminos Longganisa Pasta. It's D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! Also, the quality of their coffee can easily rival the coffee concoctions served in Metropolitan Manila, if not better! I will definitely be back when I happen to be in Alaminos, Pangasinan. Those who've gone to Alaminos and failed to visit this cafe, you are missing one gem in that province...

Good gracious Hundred Island brought us here. After our adventurous trip we headed to Cafe Celia just to zip coffee to be pump up. No plan to stay long but their brookie (brownie and cookie hybrid) caught our attention so we tried and it was the best! We also love their alfredo fettucini and blueberry cheesecake. I say when you came from Hundred Island never fail to go at Celias Cafe, it will complete your day with their sumptous food. It is just 12mins away if you have your own vehicle or probably rent a tricycle from there. Conveniently located near the BIR office and SSS. The ambiance is so good, very clean and cozy. Apart from their great meals, the servers are so welcoming and you will feel their warm approach to each guests. This is really my go to place in Alaminos City now and brookie is my road trip buddy.
