Had lunch with my partner while traveling from Manila to Pagsanjan. We shared the vegan lechon (served with peanut butter sarsa), potato curry, and kebabs (served with soyanaise).
[+] Satisfying vegetarian dishes. Generous portions.
[+] Well-ventilated garden dining area.
[+] Easy to locate despite being hidden away from the main road.
[-] Seems under-staffed. Presumably COVID restrictions have affected their operations. Waited almost an hour for our meals. Hope they're back to full service capacity next time we visit.

This is the best vegan restaurant in Los Banos. The ambiance is great, the service is excellent and the food selection is ample.

Tucked in a quiet corner just before you enter the campus , you find this diamond on the rough . The decor is nothing to fancy but theres a certain charm that will endear you to this place . Their main draw is the food which is so so so good !! Vegetarian food never tasted this good !!

Without full knowledge that this is a vegan restaurant, we came over for lunch after our perfect getaway in Lotuspod. Since we aren’t vegan & not too keen on eating healthy— we’re a little gutted. You can definitely tell the difference the moment you take your first bite. Meat tasted too bland. It felt like the food cleansed and eradicated all the toxins in my body. LOL.
(+) Pros
- I’m certain vegan folks would love this place.
- Ambience is pretty okay
- Serving size is generous
- Food attendants are polite/ service-oriented
- Free, reliable wifi
- Acceptable pricing
(-) Cons
- Those who are not used to exploring food may not find the food satisfying
- Parking may be a problem
- Unkempt restrooms
- Mosquitos

The place is not located in the main street however they have this signboard which is good. The place itself is small, its outdoors which can probably accommodate around 20-30 people. The tables and chair was good, its made of wood but I didn't like the ambiance and the noise, there is construction nearby. The staff was kindda slow and their order button doesn't work so we needed to call/find the staff when ordering, getting water, tissue, and even when paying the bill. About the food, no one was vegetarian and we wanted to try something new. The vegetarian lechon kawali is good but we wished the oil was drained more. The barbecue is would be a lot better if the sauce was not too much. However, I liked their white sauce pasta with mushrooms. The price is average when you compare it with similar restaurants. Overall, I would recommend the place if you want to try something new. Just don't expect too much, specially about the ambiance.

The food is quite nice. The sisig is delicious but i dont recommend the green rice. The waiting time ( time before they take your order and when you're about to pay ) is too long. The interior is quite nice amd the staff are pleasant.

This place serve organic vegetarian foods and I love their vetchon and mushroom appetizers and their fruit-vegetable slushes. Dining area is quite relaxed, informal and surrounded by lush greenery.

Disclaimer - I am not a vegetarian :D
It was a blast! We came here immediately when we saw "Ang Pinaka" (TV show) featured them. They featured the famous VegChon, Kare-Kare, BBQ and some hearty juices. And gave a 9/10 review! So, what's there to hate?
We ordered exactly what the TV hosts ate. Plus, we ordered tomato basil pasta and mushroom soup just to boost our appetite.
So, let's start the VegChon - the famous VegChon. When the waitress served it, it was magiiiiic! My eyes popped! How can vegetables be looking like a real, genuine and authentic lechon?! Now tell me! The taste - it tasted like chicharon, but not quite as flavorful as it is. It also came with a lechon kawali sauce which I thought was also made from vegetables. My score: appearance - 9/10, taste - 8/10, overall impact to my taste buds - 9/10. I enjoyed it much.
Next, the tomato basil pasta. This not new to my taste however I just like to eat pasta that day. It was so aromatic, full or Parmesan cheese, and the tomatoes tasted just so right. My overall score for this pasta is 10/10.
We move on to the Mushroom Soup. I grew up sipping the typical mushroom soup from Knorr - if you know this. Comparing to that brand of mushroom soup, it was way too different. The soup from Satya Graha is so earthy and milky. As if the mushrooms used are so fresh. I didn't like it at my first sip, but I ended up finishing the whole thing. Haha! My score: Appreance - 9/10, taste - 7/10, overall score - 8/10.
Next on the list is the BBQ. It's like to vegchon put on a stick and covered with bbq sauce. When I munched it, it was soft surprisingly. And it was so tasty. Still not as a tasty as a real bbq. But if you are a vegetarian looking to eat something close to a pork bbq, then definitely you should try this! My score: Appearance - 10/10, taste: 8/10, overall score - 8/10.
Juices - we had the calamansi and calamansi+mangosteen - powerful!!! We loved it. They were served in tall glasses so each had a fair share.
Rice - they have plain rice, malunggay rice and garlic rice(though I'm not sure about this one. lol)
Let's talk about the place. The tables are placed outside, feels like you are eating from a garden. There are vegetation everywhere. You just need to be careful with the mosquitoes. It rained hard when we ate there. There were some water dripping from the roof - but that didn't bother us that much. Overall score of the place - 6.5/10
They also offer chicharon made from seaweed and mushroom. But we hadn't had the chance to buy any of them. LOL.
Total bill for 3 - 1,700+.

This is one of the few restaurants in the area that serve really good vegetarian and vegan dishes. Those who eat meat can also have a pleasant dining experience here as they offer really tasty meat alternatives. The place also has a very organic and calm ambience. If ypu ever visit, don't forget to buy ther vegetable-based chicharon.

We ordered binagoongan and the famous vegecron. Being non pork eaters, we were really skeptical that the food served were really vegan. By the looks of it, who really would believe that the meat like pieces are soy based. As for as the taste and texture, well, really the best! I cannot complain! The ambience is nature friendly but be careful of mosquitos.

Satya Graha is best for vegetarians and vegans. They offer good organic and vegetarian dishes. This humble place is good for friends and couples who would want to try something new and unique.
The Philippines is not a vegetarian- or vegan-friendly country. Places like this one is treasured.
This is one of the places to visit here at Los Baños Laguna.
Price range: PhP230 to PhP385 per meal.
Must try: Vegetarian BBQ and lechon

It's a small Vegetarian eatery just outside the humble abode of the owner. There's only a few tables -- the entire place could probably serve around 17-20 people (or maybe less). Had a hard time locating this place though, as it is further along a small street along Lopez Ave. As you wait for your food, you will be surrounded by plants and some paintings displayed on the wall. Our group had Vegchon kawali, Vegetarian sisig, burger steak, Pasta dishes, fruit shakes and cucumber juice (which I like). The Vegchon kawali is pretty amazing as it looks like the real pork lechon kawali and crunchy too. I also like the vegetarian sisig. The pesto pasta tastes a bit bland though, but perhaps it was made that way for you to just add salt and pepper according to your desired taste. It took quite a while before our orders were served but I guess it is understandable considering our group consists of many people and maybe the chef does not have an assistant that day (it was a sunday, no school so not much people). Perhaps it is better to call them before heading there.

The first time I came to Satya Graha, I fell in love. I say, who wouldn't? With those painted portraits on the walls, quiet ambiance and the lush green surroundings, it has indeed given me a great and different eating experience.

You'll take a short walk under a Trellis with numerous herbs and flowers in view. Then you'll be seated al fresco and be served veggie food. Please try the Lemon Grass tea/Lechong Kawali. If you're in for a snack, their vegetarian siopao is so yummy or the seaweed snack (if you want something crunchy). Great place with great food. ;)
