The food is not as flavorful as we expected considering the price. No value for money at all. 6 pcs of cream puff costs 240 pesos, bread was too hard, wasted some. A regular pizza cost 295, better to buy low cost like lots of...pizza, its better than theirs. This restaurant should review their pricing or improve the taste and portion.More

We were serviced by Charm. Super polite, attentive and nice. Their food is really homey. Loved their crispy dinuguan.

You can visit the place with your friends. The ambiance is good. You can enjoy delicious but affordable meals. The staff are very accommodating and polite. The place is located inside the campus of the University of the Philippines where you can enjoy strolling around.

Food is very good but it takes too much time to wait. Place is excellent and service is excellent. Crews are attentive.

It was my first time in Los Baños, was there to pick up my nephew and I was waiting for him for hours which got me starving. Since I had no idea where to go I searched the net and got interested on Dalcielo so,...I went. Approaching its door and upon entering, there's such a positive energy that lifted up my mood. It's fresh, pleasant, very much comfortable PLUS the warm hospitality of the staffs; definitely a perfect welcome. As I was seated, water was served right away and a menu was presented. The staff (Im sorry for not looking at the name tag and not remembering his name) was knowledgeable about the items on the menu amd was able to explain and answer my questions and gave me couple of recommendations based on my preferences. I picked Chicken Teriyaki — recommended by the waiter and did not disappoint. The grill marks were on point, the smokeyness and juiciness of the chicken are present. Flavorful, moist, and tender. A colorful and crisp sauteed veggies on the side balanced the whole meal. It was so good, I would like to order another one but, I was saving space for dessert and coffee. I ordered cheesecake and coffee for dessert. Who doesn't like cheesecake? Aha! But, what I like about Dalcielo's is that they serve a kind of different from the regular blueberry, strawberry, and NY instead, they offer a very rich, moist, zesty Key Lime Cheesecake, for some reasons, I really love fruity dessert as it refreshes my pallet after a sumptuous meal and of course, COFFEE (no need to explain, coffee is coffee) I almost finished my cake when my nephew arrived and guess what, he's starving too. He decided to have Pork Binagoongan and I asked the waiter if they could do it "ON THE FLY" (a term for urgent and fast delivery of orders) the staffs were very accommodating to us even though, it could be demanding to ask for, and yes the delivered, fast and efficient. The pork was tender, it came with ensadang talong that was refreshing which compliments the binagoongan really well plus, the alamang tasted fresh and has clean finish. Overall, the experience was impeccable. My waiting time wasn't felt. I truly enjoyed the dining experience. I would definitely come back to Dalcielo.More

I'm not sure if Bonitos and Dalcielo have the same management, but apparently, both have degenerating quality of food and service. Dalcielo has a good location, with an okay ambiance. There's a welcoming staff that's too casual for the price point of the place. It's...Los Banos; it is forgiving to have a more communal type of customer service for other mom and pop restaurants, but if you're asking for P300/meal, you better deliver on the quality of service. I would rather have traveled two hours to Nuvali (with high-end restaurants of the same price points) than to eat here. First of all, the food is bland. MEH, to sum it up. Nothing's special about it except for its expensive ingredients. But buying costly ingredients DO NOT MAKE THE FOOD. You can buy a P5 egg and have a great chef turn it into a life-changing omelet, and THIS, I can pay for P500. But the stealing mongrels here in Dalcielo seem to think they can scam Los Banos with this joke of a food serving. You can't pin pricing on a menu and expect people to believe it's worth every penny. FOR A BETTER RECOMMENDATION, CHECK OUT IISAN RAMEN. SIMPLY THE BEST. Moving on, aside from not having the quality and taste of food on par with its price points, they only have 60 percent of the menu available for ordering. In the restaurant business, if you can't serve it every day, don't put it on your list. The ingredients are things you can buy from SNR or the grocery store. The chef does not even cook their tomato paste. It's just store-bought. Everything else is a steal. Nothing special. Honestly, there are better meals in Los Banos. Even Papu's Siomai beats the experience. Dalcielo, what an utter disappointment.More

While visiting Los Banos, ate here three times! I just couldn't get enough of their food. Had the pizza. So good! Their desserts are just awesome. Also, had the crispy dinuguan. That was different.

We ate here while waiting for my daughter who took the UPCAT in UPLB. Food that we ordered were Cheese Quesadilla (ok, but nothing special) Pork Binagoongan (perfect), Spaghetti Polpette (perfect!), and Chocolate Slice Cake (good). Price is reasonable for its taste. Overall, we were...satisfied with the food, service and ambiance. Parking is also available for free, which is very important.More

Dalcielo (the one near the SEARCA dorm overlooking the baker grounds) had always been our “go to” place for impromptu family celebrations especially if we’re too lazy to take the hour and a half drive to Manila. They have a wide selection of entrée and...desserts. I love their salmon teriyaki and chicken cacciatore plus their pumpkin soup. To finish things off, we usually order their carrot cake and bread pudding. If you want a place to enjoy good food in LB, this is the place that I’d recommend.More

Food in this resto is really good! We dined here in Dalcielo twice during the few days we stayed in Los Banos to attend a graduation in UPLB: lunch at the branch inside UP and dinner at the branch about 2-minute drive from the campus....Ambiance may be ordinary BUT surprisingly, ALL THE DISHES in both branches served to us WERE GASTRONOMICALLY SATISFYING! We were able to try grilled salmon with spinach, roast beef, salmon teriyaki, cheese quesadilla, calamari, caesar’s salad, tomato & garlic soup and salmon linguine. It’s not an exaggeration when I say all of them were delish! And I should also mention that Dalcielo serves the delectable Carmen’s Best Ice Cream. I learned Dalcielo also has a branch in Tagaytay so I’m looking forward to visiting that branch with my family on our next road trip to the south.More
