Our family loves Cafe de Calivo, we had lunch yesterday and everything is excellent! We can start with the host and the staff, very friendly and provided us with great service! The cafe is the place where you want to just relax and have your dose of java to start your day. The cafe itself represents Kalibo history, you feel very proud to be an Aklanon. The dishes itself represents the local dish as well and they are all delicious. Please come and visit Cafe de Calivo when you’re in Kalibo, I recommend it!

Cafe de Calivo is one of the best place to eat here in Kalibo, Aklan! You should try their Chicken Adobo infused in Tuba! Its really good. Also try their sinigang sa hipon. Its sabaw is extra thick! Very delicious. Great place too! Very nice and clean. 😊

On our way back to Iloilo from Boracay we stopped to eat lunch at this place. My lawyer friend recommended this place to try. We ordered a sumptuous lunch since I need the energy to drive for approximately 3 hours more. You order your food from a touch screen at the side of the dining table. It was a fun experience choosing what to eat. I liked the "BAMI" (stir fried mixed pancit and bihon noodles). The fried chicken fillet was good also with all the spice complimenting the battered moist chicken meat. The drinks were also good especially the Choco Frost. It is an affordable place so you don't need to worry about paying much for quality food. You can also automatically bill out using the touch screen. I recommend this place for stopovers if you are planning for a long drive to Caticlan Jetty Port.

Named after the ancient name of the town, Cafe De Calivo offers the best blended coffee (try Catalino Blend and Lamberto Blend) in town at a very affordable price. Mix and match your coffee choices with unique locally made delicacies such as Simplicio Coconut Puto Cake and Godofredo Calamansi Tart among others. Plus you get to know more about the town's heroes as the coffees and delicacies are named after the XIX martyrs and heroes of Aklan. Vintage photos of the town of Kalibo shows the town's glorious past.
