It is my usual dinner restaurant if I pass by the area during dinner time. Their homemade fish ball is Good, hope they can keep up the standard. The rest is average. We typically enjoy eating steamboat at cooling temperature :) No problem with the service. Only thing is those tourist buses passing by very frequent, bit noisy, and those exhaust gas sometime is not very pleasing.

Good steamboat, manageable crowd, good service and worth every penny as it's reasonably priced. Do reserve before hand to be on the safe side. Recommended!!

Food is good but a bit pricey but that is acceptable given that most of the restaurants in Genting are.

As the name suggests the food is indeed served hot in the chilly area around. The service is good and the pricing is decent too

This outlet will always be our must-go venue whenever we head up to Genting's for a trip. The food that is served at RM18.80 per head, is not of quantity but you get the option to add-on dishes from their menu. The restaurant is just 1 shoplot and we find it very quaint and cosy. Also not many people which gives us the feeling of having ample space and also very little crowd. Definitely coming back again.

While Ee Ping Steamboat is not going to win any awards for its food quality, it still manages to satisfy our hunger on every visit. We hoped for a change in the food variety for their steamboat set but sadly, it has remained unchanged. But this didn't deter us from a repeated visit. I guess it had to do with the location and also the fact that we were fed up with the rip off prices of the restaurants in Gohtong. At least the price here is fixed & we get to choose how much we're willing to pay based on what add ons we chose. Adding to this, it is usually not crowded so we do enjoy the privacy to a certain extent. Its certainly not the best steamboat for the price but then again, we are afterall in Genting Highlands and nothing is cheap up here. At the very least, the service is fast and friendly. I would have given it a 3.5 rating but that is not available on Tripadvisor.

Located within the Genting Permai Avenue, Ee Ping is one of 2 restaurants available that offers steamboat on their menu. Parking is no issue as this business centre is relatively new and not fully occupied yet. Service is pretty good and fast. Costing RM18.80 per head, you will be served with some chinese cabbage, eggs, yee mee, meehoon, medium sized prawns, fish balls, fish paste noodle, cutlets of fish, fried beancurd, tofu & dumplings. Sadly, there is no clams, chicken meat, squid / cuttlefish included in the set meal but available as a separate add on at a relatively expensive price. Adding to that, most of the food items served in the set meal came in a 1 piece per person portion. Freshness wise, we had no complains and was pleased with it. The steamboat itself is pretty ordinary and neither bad nor good. It was the stingy portion & expensive cost that could possibly turn business away.
