This restaurant has nice decor and great service, but . . . . most of the food is pricey and just ok. Excellent sisig though. If you’re visiting and you want to take some friends out to dinner, ok. Tonino's will impress them with you. But if you're looking for good food, then there are other, better restaurants in Dipolog.

Tonino's is a fine restaurant. My second choice in Dipolog, but a far second. Great decor, attentive service personnel, excellent manager. The problem is, and has always been, the food: expensive, and, with two exceptions, at best, fair. I've found two excellent dishes at Torino's.: sisig, the best I've tasted, and an excellent spaghetti Puttanesca. My bet is that there other excellent dishes here. But, based on long experience, I don't have the courage to try, particularly when I have two "hits."

The food was decent, but the service left something to be desired. I am white and got the impression the restaurant staff didn't want to deal with me. My drink stayed empty and they never checked on me after bringing the food. I had to get up and go to the desert bar to get the check while the staff all smiled and waited for me to ask for the check. God bless them, hope that I was the exception.

Food was good most of the time during our stay, serving time was sometimes a bit long as we had to ask about our orders several times because it was taking too long, waiters were very courteous but not as well-trained as before. They have fantastic buffets though!

Its location is perfect, right in the heart of Dipolog. You could walk to this place from the church or from the public market.The food is excellent with fast service. The atmosphere is ideal for a date or for a reunion for 30 people. The space between tables is so wide you would not feel crowded .Its buffet served every Sunday is ample, with score of choices of local and foreign cuisine. Service is friendly and waiters are ready to act on your requests.Desserts delicious. One problem is there's a lack of parking slots. However, you may use the street parking in the evening.

Food and service all good except for some out of stock items, snacks buffet was surprisingly excellent. My first time to try all-filipino snacks and it was the best. I was told those were the local delicacies (Filipino desserts and snacks), merienda buffet they called it.

Good and clean ambiance, good food one of my favorite was the boneless bangus and the pizza was good. I love how the restaurant has variety of sparkling water
To choose from.Very friendly and good service of wait staff!! Thanks!! We’ll be back:)

Delicious food and not too pricey. They offer dinning and breakfasts. Try their blueberry cheesecake, it's like heaven!

Expcted breakfast at 6:30 in the morning and got it at 8! When you tell people that you open at 6:30 but you CANNOT even serve any other food until 8 thats VERY BAD. Management has to get it's sh** together or you'll end up loosing a lot of customers!

Food for lunch and dinner was good, the roti was very good, great wine selection, service not so good and my breakfast was served cold and rubbery one time, but overall I would still eat here as it's one of the few good places to eat in dipolog.

We checked in at D'hotel, while waiting for our room to be ready. We decided to have a quick bite in Tonino's.
This resto was one of the recommended place in Biyahe in Drew, so I was quite curious if it is indeed worth it. We tried their pizza first because we wanted to have a light snack. And oh boy! It is super delicious :) So we decided to have our dinner, we ordered seafood of course, since we don't get to eat a lot of seafood in Manila. Of course, everything we ordered tastes deliciouuuuus!
The facade might look intimidating because it looks fancy and very expensive but I think it is fairly priced. The staff are very courteous and professional. They have a lot of choices in their menu.
Definitely a must try when you visit Dipolog.

Breakfast of DHotel is served here.. Lunch is also served with a variety of choices.. Serving time is 20-30mins.. Ive ordered Bulalo during my lunch but its not available.. But food is worth the wait.. Authentic and tasty! One thing that I just don't like is they only accept minimum of Php500 for credit card payments. Thats why I am oblige to order more as I am paying thru my corporate card.. Above all, food is great and staff are very nice and well accommodating..
