We enjoyed a lunch after diving here as well as a couple of dinners. Found the Filippino food here to be the best we have had- not only on the island- but by far the best in the Philippines. Sisig was spicy and delicious- served...sizzling on cast iron plate. Other standout dishes were the roti with curry and pork adobo. Potato croquettes also very good. Unfortunately they didn’t have squid for calamari when we visited.More

I was staying the Tepanee Resort and eating at the restaurant associated with the resort. One day after diving the person I was diving with suggested we have dinner at the restaurant aboard Thresher Shark Divers. So I gave it a try. I'm a bit...of a picky eater but can usually find one or two things I like. After reading the menu for Oscar's I thought this is a great menu. I seldom have to think about what I want but there were so many nice sounding meals to pick from. When my food arrived, it was great! My only regret is that I didn't start eating at Oscar's from the first day I arrived in the island. Absolutely fabulous food.More
Lovely place just by the beach, nice staff and propably the best nasi goreng on the island. We can highly recommend.
Good bar, good food, good service. Once again, servers disappear after delivering your food (as they have at all the restaurants I’ve been to on this island) and you have to wave one down for other drinks/food/the check. But overall a nice evening by the...water.More
Oscars has very friendly staff who were very welcoming. The food was exceptional, we particularly loved the Nasi Goreng and curry roll. They have a good selection of drinks and have a great view on the beach front. Oscars is situated within Thresher Shark Divers,...dive centre so if you’re diving you get two great places. If you are diving with TSD, Oscars can run a tab for you and you can settle the bill at the end of your diving. Even if I wasn’t diving I’d still definitely eat / drink at Oscars.More
We ate here on two occasions and both meals were very good. Free jug of water on the table was very welcome. Friendly service. We would definitely return again
They have seats by the beach, so you can lounge and relax in between dives. If you bring your own water bottles, they refill it for you at a discounted price (versus buying a new bottle). Their fresh mango juice and shake were refreshing. We...also enjoyed the chicken fingers.More
I ate here regularly as I dove with TSD. The sisig is amazing. This is the best dining on Malapascua.

We get buy cocktail two and pay for one, but gotta be the same drink during happy hour a bit before 7. Live band comes at 7 on Friday night. The food menu is not much but it’s delicious. I order fish and chip- of...course, it sounds like boring menu 5555. But fries and fish does not oily at all and still crispy. I enjoy it a lot.More

We had dinner one of the nights at oscars. The seating by the beach is lovely with amazing lighting. We ordered the mango daiquiri, which was not that great, but then we ordered the bloody Mary’s which were awesome. Food was really good as well!!...Highly recommended.More

Been a few times to eat had pancakes with fresh mango and honey beautiful. Had two evening meals both good especially the sigsi The roast dinner was good but the potatoes were not fresh abit rubbery They had been reheated so abit disappointing. Staff can...be slow to take orders, but overall a great location on the beach will go back.More
