Fantastic Italian Food

Having been in the island for give or take 20 years, Angelina and her husband serve fantatsic authentic food. Some locals we spoke to said that their pizzas, wood oven cooked, are the brst in Cebu! The food sdid not disappoint, with a great menu of classics and a number of pizzas to choose from. We ate here every night during our stay we loved the food so much. Service is fantastic and Angelina herself is there every night ensuring the quality stays on point!

Outstanding food and service, must visit

We ended up several nights at Angelina's for dinner. Authentic Italian cuisine a la mama at it's best. The friendly owners and the hard working staff would look after each single guest, Italian style roaming from table to table, and making sure everyone feels welcome and get's the best experience. Very reasonable prices with respect of the outstanding food quality. Many products are imported strait from Italy. Just loved the place, and would love to both recommend, and return with friends.

My friends invited me ro try this restaurant, and wow it's great! The owner (I'm assuming she is the owner, or maybe a manager) is Italian and although in not Italian, the menu seemed quite authentic. I actually went back twice (and planning to go again) and each time I've gotten the Spaghetti al Nero de Seppia (I'm pretty sure I butchered that name but I can't find the menu online). Holy, so so tasty. And they have great wine and Gelato, highly recommend this place!

original italian restaurant managed by italians. pizza it's just perfect, handmade pasta is one of the best in the whole country, which doesn't wonder me given that the owners are from romagna. food was fresh and treated properly. price worth the visit, also because they accept credit card.

The quality of the pizza and pasta here is INCREDIBLE. Well, the place has been around since 2005. The Frutti di Mare Pizza is recommended, as well as the aglio olio pasta. The pizza crust is wonderfully crisp, absolutely perfect. We had a straightforward banana crepe for dessert, one of the best crepes I've tried. We ate here on two of our three nights on the island. Not cheap, but worth it.

Run by Angelina herself, this place is just epic. Great little hidden away spot with a lovely view and top grub. The penne arrabbiata was just to my liking and the pizza de la casa was also en pointe…and they were both after we started with the chocolate ice cream! Yum!

Great Quality Pizza

We were staying in Tepanee Beach Resort and this place is great for lunch as it is just next door. We had lunch twice here and pizza both times. Really good quality pizza - both dough and toppings. Felt we were in a good restaurant in Italy. The ice-creams were cracking too. Service was slow as everything is done from scratch and long waiting times is standard in restaurants of Philippines. The view from the restaurant is great too as it is on the beach. Looks very romantic at night.

Nice Salad; Average Pizza

I stayed at Evolution Diving and the co-owner recommended this place saying he went once a week and their pizzas and pastas were great. Other divers agreed. So three of us went for dinner. Location is good, right on a beach. Staff were friendly and efficient. I had a salad which was very good and was happy to see veg. options on the menu, as this can be rare in the Philippines. Given the excellent reviews of the pizzas we all ordered one. We all agreed that the crust was very good, toppings were good, but that the overall pizza was nothing to write home about. The pizza was good but we didn’t understand the superlatives . Maybe it depends on what you are used to and your taste buds. Les goûts et les couleurs…

Really good pizza but...

We've been to eat pizza in this place twice and I must say that the quality of the product is excellent considering where you are, you can't help but appreciate the amazing ice cream. The only thing that didn't convince me about this place was the cleanliness, the order, the dirty and stained tablecloth and above all I don't like this constant wandering around the tables with dogs and cats who obviously being free move everywhere everywhere half foundlings. For goodness sake they don't do anything but in my personal taste and opinion I would prefer them to stay away from the tables. For the rest I confirm top pizza!

Very good pizza

We had dinner at Angelina’s restaurant almost each day during our stay on Malapascua. The pizza is fantastic, we tried a new one each day, and gained quite some kilos. Also the ice cream is very delicious. The staff is friendly and abundant. The table are located at the beach, which creates a nice romantic atmosphere. The light from the spotlights could be reduced a little bit, because they sometimes dazzle your eyes.

Best restaurant in Malapascua, no doubt about it. Amazing wood stoked pizza’s. And please try there Pasta Negra with Sepia, this is to die for. Home made gelato, awesome homemade tiramisu. Reasonable priced, for spoiled girls from Europe this place is a blessing. Can I please take this restaurant home?

Good pasta place

Nice little restaurant in a quiet corner of the island. Was there to eat lunch and ordered the greek salad and pastas. Overall dishes were good and service was nice. Prices are a little bit on the higher end but it's okay for the value.

Best pizza!!

Best food we have had in the last 2 years we lived here in Philippines. Pizza is really good the same with the pasta. We stayed 6 days in Malapascua and we had food at the restaurant 5 times. Really good.

Amazing restaurant

Amazing food! We ordered two Italian fishes grigliata and the fish was really fresh and tasty. You don’t have to miss their focaccia with oil and rosemary it’s cooked in wood-fired oven. Service super super kind, very nice location. Highly recommended
