Menu easy to find (+download) on Google, but changes to reflect season and what quality stuff is available at market, which is always a good sign. Choice is relatively modest but carefully constructed to give enough variety in both starters and mains. £25-£30 a head...including wine. Couple of mains specials on the night too... We had an excellent meal! ...but remember to book and, while it's not noisy, go early evening if you specifically want to be quiet.More

Definately need to book in advance. This old station building is a lively & welcoming pub & restaurant. The staff were super friendly & constantly checking all ok. Service was speedy & efficient. Nice choice of menu with additional specials board.

Good food and the people were so nice, it’s like we were old friends. The food was good too!! It’s a little hidden gem when you are driving in Northern Scotland. Would eat here again!

We stopped here for dinner on drive north. Service was quick and efficient and food is good. Steak pie and venison casserole both good. Does what it says on the tin! Would stop here again.

A really lovely local restaurant! Super friendly staff. The menu was lovely and the portions were big! The food was to an excellent standard. I can highly recommend the prawns for starters and the venison burger with haggis for the main course. It was really...cosy inside too, just what was needed after a long day of walking in the cold wind and rain!More

We had such a wonderful delicious lunch here on our way from Glencoe to Kingussie. Everything was home cooked by the lovely, warm and welcoming Alison. There was a fire lit for us on a cold wet day which was very appreciated. We enjoyed venison...stew, homemade soup and yummy burgers. Puddings were homemade and my husbands gf carrot cake was served warm and was the best he’s ever had. Also delicious were the cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. This was a highlight of the trip- true Scottish hospitality!More

Dogs seem to be allowed in the bar and the beer garden of course, but not the restaurant.

I had dinner there last year. They do online bookings I think, and not open every day.
