love the yum burgers and chicken. Best fries way better then MCD only complaint no chicken sandwich and small menu but everything on menu is good

foods ok, chicken is all i really like here, the hamburgers and spaghetti are made to filipino tastes but the chain is super popular with filipinos
with home delivery you have to make a call to manila who then sends the order to dumaguete city. we have never had a correct delivery so we do not use home delivery any more

I love the way that nothing has changed from my last visit here. This is a traditional fast food outlet which is extremely popular with the little ones. I have not yet seen a Jollibee restaurant which was not packed.

Sometimes it’s been good, however most of the time their is entirely way too much sweet mayonnaise stuff I guess you can call it. I have to scrape most of it off. The sauce on the yum burger is disgusting and I have another name for it. But what really makes me mad at these people is that with all the underpaid help they extort going through the drive thru window. I’ve twice now got a burger with no meat on it. I know it’s my fault for not checking before I leave, but by the time I finally get the order after be asked to wait in the designated area. I’m hot mad and ready to get home. And it’s not worth the trip back thru ridiculous traffic to get the meat.

as for fast food...it is what it is...the food though is not that bad...it is a college town though so be on your guard...some of the most arrogant obnoxious students in the world will have this place full

This is the Philippine's fast food chain; they are every where in the country. The food is cheap but in my opinion and in the opinion of most Westerner I know , it is bad. the worst Most every thing on the menu is sweet .

have visited many times they do good brewed coffee and I like the spaghetti good texture and good flavour always busy but very cheap excellent value and always great service toilets are not great and not many

If you're into local style fast food then this is for you. I found the burgers to be a little less exciting that Burger King or MacDonalds but this is what the locals are raving about. The burgers were ok but the service was all over the place. This is definitely not among my favorite top 10 places but it's not the worst.

i am not as fond of their receipes here like sweet spagetti and rather icky burgers but they are geared to filipino tastes. but their fried chicken is very good and so is the "steak" and gravy with rice. only filipino chain i am aware of that could compete in the US. service has always been excellent and for those menu items i like the are very consistent.

This review applies to all Jollibee outlets in the country. I have visited over 40 countires all around the world and Jollibee is by far the worst fastfood chain i have ever experienced. I keep giving them "last chances" but this is it. Just yesterday i have ordered a standard meal and a coke zero. As a matter of fact the coke zero was absolutely vile, HOW CAN YOU GET COCA COLA WRONG JOLLIBEE. There must have been some washing up liquid left in the unhygienic glass they serve it in or something but it was revolting. Their food is barely edible, or unavailable. Stick to McDo

Before doing our night life, bar/ktv hopping with the fam, we made sure that we were full and fueled enough for the long walks along the boulevard and all I can say is that BIDA TALAGA ANG SAYA.

If you like breast meat forget it it's never available legs and thighs is all you'll get. The burgers are better than McDs and that's not saying much.

Want an egg muffin, McDo's still is better but you'd hardly know it by the taste. Both of them are so bad that I don't go into them unless I want to use the aircon on a hot day and maybe leave with an egg mcmuffin on the sly.
