I really planned to eat here for dinner, but it seems people tend to visit diring night time because it has a balcony where you can smell fresh air. And their food is delicious especially the crispy dinuguan. Ast food delivery and good staffs.

Very homey with authentic dishes. No fancy prepped food, just simple and delicious Ilocano dishes. I dine here when I visit Laoag for business trip. Our business partners enjoy here as well. Very nice staff. Very recommendable.
