Amazing service from Angie. This is one of my wife's favorite places and they did not disappoint. From the roses to the surprise champagne. Worth every penny, great experience. You will see us again.

I really want to say good things about this restaurant because I was so excited to go! First time in Cincinnati and were looking for somewhere unique and romantic for a much needed date night. We had reservations for 8:30, were seating right on time...and then sat at our table for 45 minutes without so much as a glass of water. When someone finally came over to apologize, they offered our first beverages on the house. Nice gesture. We ordered our food, thanks to the lovely couple seated next to us that were kind enough to explain the whole procedure. We got our cheese/bread/veggies...delightful. However, everyone forgot to bring us skewers or cutlery at all so we were just unknowingly using our fingers. The boyfriend and I are super chill so we were just making the best of it and laughing. Rest of the night was alright, although the times that we actually seen our waitress was probably 3 times in the 2 and a half hour we were there. At 11pm, we were still waiting on the desert. My resting B face was in full swing because it's way past my bedtime at this point so we had to take the dessert to go. Food was very good, and it was a new fun experience, I can't say that I won't try this again.More

First time visiting to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. Food was great! Such a fun experience, very filling. Jameson was a great waiter, funny and helpful! Made us feel so special for our anniversary!

My wife and I took our adult children to the Melting Pot to celebrate a birthday. The staff were very helpful and accommodating for first timers. Many options and choices to meet just about any taste. Our server, Jill, was an absolute treasure. Since I...had no experience with the style of dining she helped us pick a variety of delicious options and even mad some cost saving suggestions. The rest of the staff were top notch as well, making sure we had everything we needed in a very timely manner. No two ways about it, this is not a cheap meal but for a special occasion it made the dinner an event. Many thanks to Jill, her manager and the rest of the staff for a wonderful evening.More

We were pretty disappointed with our dining experience. The cheese and entre were just blah. We had the white cheese, tuna, filet, lobster, chicken, and pork. My salad was wonderful! And dessert was very good as well. But for the price of the dinners, I...was not impressed. The largest disappointment is only having one burner. So everyone has to eat the same cheese and cook their main food in the same pot. I don't know why so many people write such wonderful reviews. M 19 and 13 daughters weren't even impressed with this place.More

Love this location, but the server made it the best. L.J. Was knowledgeable and friendly as well as humorous. We went there for my wife’s birthday and he went all out, recommending pairings as well as offering alternatives for us to consider. Highly recommend.

Such good food and friendly service. beautiful restaurant decor. Our waiter was amazing - Matthew C. He was so polite, happy and thorough. We got 4 course and it was all fresh and delicious.
