I love sweets but I was really impressed by the texture of the malasadas at Leonard’s. Very soft and a think crispy outside. They felt very thoughtfully made. The fillings of the mango, macademia nut and vanilla were all unique and delicious. I tried the...macademia nut cookies and I am definitely savoring those. Highly recommend!More

Absolutely lives up to all the comments about how great the food is.However, the is only parking for 10 cars so be prepared to park a distance away.

Every travel guide and online tips on things to do included Malasadas at Leonard's. They did not disappoint. Parking was tricky and the line was long, but it was well worth the hassle and wait.

Busy place on an early Sunday morning, we had and interesting experience, as we were standing in line a young lady was passing out fresh malasadas because it was her birthday, kind of neat. The fresh hot malada puffs were GREAT!!

The line for this place could be very Very Very long but luckily there was only 6 people ahead of us once we went. They have everything from cookies, cupcakes and very Famous malasadas(porteguese donuts). We bought half a dozen cinnamon and regular sugar malasadas!...They were amazing. You can also had creme filling inside of them as well! They have parking available in front of restaurant. Maybe 20 spots. You can park next door in the Plaza but they have no parking signs up so they only their customers can have places to park. Be careful and enjoy!More

I found the bakery to be average. Nothing that I can't get at home. This bakery specialty is a product called Malsaldas. Fried dough coated in sugar with your choice of filling. I didn't have to wait long on my order. It wasn't terrible but...I don't see myself returning.More

Out of everything we watched on YouTube to do in Oahu, this stood up to the hype! Those little Portuguese donuts are the best!

Atmosphere, average. Quality very good. Prices, average. Service was good considering the amount of people there. The had local favorites as well as some basics you would expect to find anywhere, a nice mix.

Yes. My son has nut allergies and he was good. No issues. I would ask just to be sure.

as for the donuts, they should not be any dairy in the dough. but if you are asking if there is anything other than milk such as soy milk, almond milk and rice milk, I'm not sure. I do know that coffee is available.

You may want to try Champion's malasadas instead, although the business is currently up for sale. I have heard arguments by malasada connoisseurs about whose malasada is better; Leonards or Champions. Personally I greatly... More
