Stopped by for dinner and was wowed. Excellent barbecue - the pulled pork sandwich was awesome and so were the ribs! Coleslaw and beans didn't disappoint, either. And it was super clean and efficiently run. A+!!

Okay, full disclosure, I only had the pulled pork; no sides. BUT (or should I say butt) it was great! Good flavor, moist and the bark was tasty. I had it with the “Southern Vinegar” which wasn’t quite like my people make but close enough...More

Friends ordered a "whole hog" (literally) from here for a New Year's eve dinner party. It was the best roasted pork anyone at the party said they ever had.

Ok if you want standard bbq. The food is avg and is slightly overpriced for the quality of food. Since it is in Santa Fe, you’re may want to consider other places (non-bbq) to try first. Bbq is hard to get right, but easy in...More

Whole Hog is near the Railyard District. It is a simple restaurant with self-service ordering. They just have great BBQ. We both ordered pulled pork with sides of jalapenos and pickles. One sandwich was a wrap and the other on a great bun. A couple...More

This trip I ordered the 1/2 chicken combo with potato salad and baked beans. I would order something different next time. The chicken was tender and moist, but i did not care for the soft skin, and didn't like the potato salad, which was heavy...More

The pulled pork was wonderful. My husband and I liked the variety of sauces. His brisket was lean but a bit dry. Pickles would be a good add - I missed them. Great place to bring a family.

The menu is really limited and the food is not that good. The mac and cheese was not good at all and the beef was tasteless. The meat is not smoked, just something like slow roasted maybe.

BBQ here is good but I love the volcano sauce. I come here every time I'm in town . The ribs are good but my favorite is pulled pork with plenty of the volcano sauce. They keep the V sauce behind the counter and you...More
