Excellent African dishes made fresh ingredients and a slight American twist. A wide variety of vegetarian, meat and poultry dishes. Everything I have tried is delicious and abundant. A pleasure to find this among all the New Mexcican restaurants in Santa Fe.

You don't need reservations...but don't plan to arrive at 12 noon! Earlier or later is best.

The dishes were not heavily seasoned, but all of ours contained sodium. There are links on their website for their menu and to ask jambocafe directly.
