Food is inexpensive and good quality. Good for families or a healthy lunch. Salad bar is especially good.

While attending a conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we stopped into Jasons Downtown because it was near to our hotel and had a delicious looking and reasonably priced menu. We waited in line for about five minutes before we were even acknowledged by the two...men behind the counter. They took our orders (but were out of several items) and gave the wrong change back to two of the three people in our party (probably would have been three but the third person gave them exact change). This should have been our first red flag. When we sat down for our order we noticed that they were definitely understaffed and about 8 other people were waiting for their meals. The staff messed up about 6 of their orders and others were skipped over and their food was given to others. We expected more from a basic sandwich shop. Our order arrived an HOUR after we ordered it. One person was served a BLT with very little actually on the sandwich and a suspicious tasting side of coleslaw. The second person ordered a Greek salad, but did not get most of the items that were actually on the menu description. When she asked the staff for these missing items she was told that they were out and then she asked why they didn't tell her they were out of Greek salad when she ordered it the individual just shrugged and turned away. I just had juice. The food took way too long for what it was and did not come as described. We left angry, still hungry and late for our conference.More
