A sister restaurant to SantaFe's La Boca. Until recently, they shared the same chef. Currently, there is a transition, and similar menu items appear along with new offerings. Set in the original Conrad Hilton, arriving at the restaurant is a trip thru history and elegance. The central atrium on both the main floor and upper floor is enhanced with high... More

My fiance and I love to spend an evening at MAS. The wine list is good and the the tapas are excellent. We chose a French champagne to start along with the artichokes. The mussels were excellent and beautifully seasoned. Each tapas was so enjoyable! Don't miss the bacon wrapped dates! To die for!

Our server Benjamin suggested that most parties order 3 or so tapas a piece. That should have been an indicator that maybe we were being a bit over sold. Two of us ordered four of the tapas and a dessert and we felt at that we were overserved as far as the food goes. Three of the tapas were nothing... More

We live in Santa Fe and this is our favorite tapas in either Santa Fe or Albuquerque. We've had many wonderful meals and will keep coming back. We like to come on Saturdays since the Andaluz is usually hopping and the place has a hip urban vibe that's hard to come by in New Mexico. The wine collection is superbly... More

We've only had outstanding food and wine here. it's great to join others to share as many tasting plates as possible. Excellent wine list to go with the tapas, more extensive menu items & specials. It's pricey and they truly delivers the flavors and quality.

Guests visited from another country. We started off in one of the comfortable alcoves in the lobby of the Hotel Andaluz. Sofas and soft chairs, ambient music and wine and appetizers on the coffee table. As our large party assembled, everyone decided we just wanted to stay where we were. The restaurant staff was super accommodating. They were happy to... More

The car valet guy at my hotel recommended the restaurant at Andaluz for great sea bass. I'm glad I went, great food and ambiance! The Chilean sea bass was almond crusted and delicious! There's a great patio with view and firepits/fireplace. If I was with a group I'd sit there but was solo that night so sat at the bar... More
