Great service. Despite showing up at 910pm, less than one hour before close, the staff was friendly. Food was brought out quickly and fresh. We were never rushed to leave and we're able to enjoy our dinner.

We are from a small town and have to travel three hours to eat Red Lobster in Idaho, so anytime we have the chance we hunt out a Red lobster to dine at. This was a great treat. The service was friendly and very accomadating. The food was good, the bread soft and warm, salads crisp and Beer was cold.... More
Haven't eaten there for awhile because the last few times were terrible. Tonight was totally different. From the time we walked into the front doors until we left. Our waitress was a 10+. Never had to ask for anything. She was there with it before we even thought about it. The food was right, hot and good. I will go... More
In the past I have experienced really bad food, service, and credit card theft at Red Lobster restaurants and as a result have avoided at all costs until returning for the first time in 16 years! Shockingly, this particular Red Lobster franchise in Rio Rancho (near Sam's Club) was excellent in every way. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.... More
I'd like to take the time to say what a great time my wife and I had recently at your restaurant for early dinner. Our entire time there was a pleasure, for the food, the service, and great management. Our waitress, Melissa was a wonderful, smiling attractive young waitress, who made us feel like she was family. Very easy going... More
Good consistent quality in preparation, better than most red lobsters tried in various states, Is better in quality & in facilities than the one on the eastside on Montgomery. Had many meals in this location. Always consistent in food quality & service quality. When in rare occasions errors are made, the management is quick to respond to recover, still making... More
My wife and I decided to eat at Red Lobster after watching all those Lobster Fest commercials on TV. Once we were seated, which was fairly quickly considering we arrived around 2:30pm., we were given menus. Talk about sticker shock! Most of the Lobster Fest items were over $22 per plate! After looking through the menu a few times to... More
Haven't been to a red lobster in quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new interior. We were sat in a quite area, which I really appreciated. We ordered the 16.99 4 course meal. The lobster bisque was average. Hard old pieces of lobster. Not much lobster at all. The soup was barely a cup and served... More
We celebrated moms 87th birthday at her favorite restaurant with her favorite meal, coconut shrimp. Always a good choice! I had the lunch chicken tacos, they weren't bad, 3 for 7.99. Service was good. It's 90% consistent food and service.
