The atmosphere was fun and festive, the menu was extensive and the food was great. It's a wonderful place for a meal with a large group, they handle them with ease. We can't wait to go back!

El Pinto is another popular NM restaurant that has been around for generations. The ambiance is that of traditional NM, graced by an old adobe building, and tall cottonwoods overlooking gorgeous Mexican patios. If you don't wish to sit outside, you can choose service inside,...More

This is a lovely venue in the North Valley. In the warm months of which we have many, the patio is a delight. Always when sitting there think it is a great venue for a wedding. Food is good. I am a New Mexican so...More

Good stop for lunch, highly recommend the fried green chili strips and any of the margaritas. It is a place where apparently everyone who is in politics and goes to New Mexico stops by.

This venue is vintage New Mexico. We love the meandering sense of the place; the various rooms, the live music, the fireplaces. The atmosphere is hard to beat! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The tortilla chips were fresh and hot and their salsa is...More

Our fifteen minute wait to be seated on a Friday evening was worth it. The waiter was very nice and answered all of my questions regarding ingredients. I was pleased to be told that the grains in the dishes I ordered were organic and non-GMO.

We were in Albuquerque for a few days and this restaurant was the first one we visited and by far the best. Food was great, staff was very friendly and took the time to answer our tourist type questions about the area. There is a...More

This is such a beautiful setting for a restuarant, but unfortunately it is a little run down and the food is average, not great which is so disappointing because this place has great potential to be everyone's favorite local family owned Mexican restuarant - why...More

We went on a Friday afternoon around 5pm without a reservation and we were a group of 8 people! I think calling ahead and asking is always wise! But no a reservation is not required!
