It's been a number of years since I have eaten here because I did not care for my meal the last time. This Time I came with friends to celebrate a birthday. We sat outside and the service was fine. I ordered the small plate...crab cakes and they were full of shell and cartilage. I took some home and thought I would have it for lunch today but it is just to tedious to eat.More

We recently celebrated a graduation from Elon University with a delicious dinner here. We ate on the lovely patio, it’s just charming with lots of foliage and a fountain. Even if the food had been terrible we would have loved our evening there. I had...the special Mahi, others had the salmon and scallops. Each dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, large portions and accompanied by polenta and lots of fresh vegetables. I had a spicy cocktail (first time trying that lol.). I should have been warned by the flame in the name of the drink. It was a fun drink to try but be prepared ! Great service, very prompt and just attentive enough. Try the creme brûlée - exquisite! I was surprised during COVID that the inside dining area was completely full but there were still a couple tables on the patio available and as I mentioned the patio is lovely.More

We wanted a nice place, with tablecloth dining and great food and maybe some amazing music. Green Valley Grill. *Exactly* what we had in mind. No the music isn't live. But it's outstanding. The food ... just stunning. The service ... prompt, helpful, great suggestions....Kenneth seemed to understand exactly what we came here for, he was here when we needed him, he was gone when we didn't. What a relaxing, amazing, meal. [Letting out a huge sigh of relaxation.] Can we go back? Like, you know, now?More

We were in town for a swim meet and love to eat local vs chains. Beyond thankful we gave GVG a try for dinner. The menu was impressive overall. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and the service was A+++. Highly recommend!

This review isn’t so much about GVG, a superb, European culinary experience in Greensboro, as it is a shout out to Morgan, our incredible server. GVG has always achieved stellar ratings and the QW family always delivers outstanding results. As we recover from the Covid...lockdown and things return to a more normal state, the restaurant industry is finding itself in uncharted waters with loss of staff and heavy turnover at the front of the house, server staff and the kitchen. What makes GVG unique is its ability to retain core, experienced staff in all these positions. And that’s where Morgan comes in. She is an incredible ambassador for the GVG, humbly apologizing for things that were completely out of her control. She exuded ‘ownership’ of organizational shortcomings as if they were her own, one of the most admirable qualities I can think of in any corporate business structure. And while plying her trade with aplomb and total confidence, she was training a rookie server. Lucky him. What an incredible mentor he has. Props to you Morgan! Thanks for making our dining experience one to remember! GVG and Morgan as your server are highly recommended.More

I'm speechless reading this.....I cannot agree more with your words, and we cherish Morgan as much as you can imagine we do. It's staff like her that make the gvg world make sense. We are honored to have you as our advocate! -Audrey

We're glad we found this restaurant when we were looking for a family friendly lunch spot in Greensboro. It is very nicely decorated and a comfortable spot to dine. It is located at the O Henry hotel and is easy to get to and find...parking. The service was very friendly. The kid's menu is not printed, but she told us what was available. My daughter had the kids penne marinara, which I think was only $3.95. it was absolutely delicious. My husband and I had the mushroom flatbread and crab and spinach dip. Both were incredible. We would happily dine here again.More

Really enjoyed lunch today! The potato leek soup with chive oil was out of this world! So delicious! We also had the pecan crusted trout and zaatar salmon, both also delicious, and the heirloom tomato slices were huge and so yummy -- like homegrown tomatoes....The blackberry mojito was perfect, as well. Our waiter was wonderful, too. I recommend!More

Stopped in to the grill during Mart weekend. The Green Valley Grill knows how to serve brunch. Great menu, wonderful service, beautiful setting; it simply could not have been better Avocado toast, eggs Benedict, and the smoked salmon toast, all were absolutely delicious. Of course...a wonder wine list; and appetizers, rounded our out selections. Ours, the spinach and crab hot appetizer wonderful. Our servers were professional and attentive. So, a great experience on every level. Even fresh flowers in the men’s room! Thank you Green Valley GrillMore

Rush hour the lot is crowded so no. However right next to Green Valley is a large lot with many pull through spaces so you can park there. Restaurant is on the edge of a shopping center.
