Saturday night early supper, arrived about 6:40, walked in and got seated. The place was nowhere near full. After sitting and waiting for the server to come to the table for 25 minutes, we were almost going to leave when the hostess checked on us and promptly sent someone to take our drink orders. After that, the service was great.... More

The wife and I hit this place recently, thanks to a Groupon I acquired. We went with a calamari starter, which was very good. Not real chewy like you often run into with calamari, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Had I known what we were in for next, I would have skipped the starter however. We both went with the... The seafood menu is great here including alligator and all you can eat crab legs on Monday and Friday. They serve large portions that is reminiscent of Louisiana. My son said the Jambalaya he had was great (and he is a picky eater). :-) I had the Fried Feast that was fried alligator, shrimp, and catfish. It was perfectly seasoned... More

We had a coupon and decided to visit this restaurant. We were very pleasantly delighted with our food. The prices could be a bit steep, so a coupon does help. I decided to get the blackened tilapia, and my husband decided on the peel-and-eat shrimp. Each was served with a choice of two sides. I was a little disappointed that... More

While my friends just ran the NOLA marathon, the closest I could get is the New Orleans Bar & Grill in Greensboro. But for a late night meal what I had was excellent! I was hungry but not starving and on business travel staying at the Holiday Inn on Big Tree Way off I-40. The menu is very appealing from... More

This little gem is located across from the Holiday Inn on Big Tree Way. Actually, the place is an enormous 2 story structure. The place is empty Monday thru Thursday for the lunch hour. Point being, great service for the lunch hour. Food available ranges from Cajin to American; crab cakes to alligator to ribeye. Staff friendly and attentive. Portions... More
