Good quick service. Food was not bad, it was what you expect from a chain sandwich shop. location is close to the Marriott so that is nice if you are staying there

Had lunch and dinner during my recent trip to Brooklyn. Place was recommended by the staff of the hotel where I was staying.
I would urge anybody going to this place to avoid peek hours as they appeared to be way under staffed.
Food was good and prepared as it was requested.

Had the turkey sandwich and Mac and cheese. Both were good, but not life-changing. I would eat here again, as the staff was courteous and efficient and the food was good.

Not sure why I expected more but I was not overly thrilled with the food eaten. Had just a turkey sandwich and chips. Bread wasn't good and they only had spicy mustard and I prefer yellow. Maybe yellow mustard is not common in Brooklyn but for those of us who like yellow mustard it can be disappointing.

Our roast beef and chicken salad sandwiches were fine/ok if a little bland, the roast beef sandwich could have done with more cheese as standard. The bread was average and only 2 choices, needs more! I appreciate they want to upsell but the menu was confusing e.g. advertising dressings but we were not asked if we wanted them, and were they free or cost extra?

Choose your bread, meat and toppings, and out comes a toasty sub. Reminded me a little of Quiznos, except they do the toppings (I prefer to do my own). I had the Big Wreck (several meats and swiss) with oil and italian seasonings added. The amount of meat was a bit scant for a sandwich called Big Wreck. Bread was good and well toasted. Fountain drink refillable. Again, good sandwich, but not great sandwich.

I know Potbelly is a chain (and that's partly why I like it; consistency), but I just love the quality of their food. Their mustard is unique and their hot peppers add some spice you can't get most places in the Northeast.
