What a cute place!!! This is an old pharmacy turned into a soda/ice cream fountain, and it is just so charming! They have a huge selection of sundaes, floats, and anything you could want, I ordered a hot fudge sundae with marshmallow and it was incredible!!!

Such a cool atmosphere here, modelled after an old school soda shop….so unique. We had milkshakes which were amazing (and massive). Staff were helpful about gluten free options and there were quite a few things on offer. Definitely worth a visit for such a unique experience.

Stopped in here real quick to get a look at the place and to try their egg cream. It was so intriguing to look at. You can't go in very far - I suspect because of covid- but you have to get a good look inside. Prices were reasonable and they have some outdoor seating. Parking around the area is a bit tricky, but look at parking signs for certain days and do some circling around. Egg cream was good too :)

We spent the day in New York letting our feet take us wherever they led us. That meant walking over the Brooklyn Bridge and ending up at the Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain. We were hot when we walked in, so it was nice that there was air conditioning. We ordered and shared a chocolate egg cream and also a banana split. Both were fantastic! And it was fun to be in a space with so much history. A quaint space in a nice neighborhood, we really enjoyed it and will definitely return!

Older "farmacy" filled with past time collectables. Comic books to read, books and play a game of chess. Pull up a table or counter service. Ice cream sundays were excellent, pie and coffee ( twin peaks ) were very good, and decent sandwiches. Nice hour to spend with a excellent choice menu for the setting. Excellent service. Try it out!

We had our desserts delivered from Brooklyn Farmacy. My peanut butter sundae was terrific: the ice cream was excellent. Delivery was quick too.

We walked from Tribeca to Brooklyn so we truly deserved a treat and boy this place did not disappoint. Kids abound as is their right in an all kid heaven nirvana of eats. Then again, us big kids were pretty happy too. What I really love is the in house baking. No bought brownies for the Sundaes, warm chocolate chip cookies, biscuits and pies are glorious. Next time I am totally having a grilled cheese and tomato soup but hey, you can’t eat everything in one go! Please follow @joannasable on instagram for more food and travel fun.

Wanted to check this out while staying with family in Brooklyn and seeing it on Samantha Brown travel show. What a treat! ( pardon the pun). My husband and I sat at original counter and started looking around at antique pharmacy shelves with glass doors, drawers, metal toys . Gia, who owns it with fellow”jerk” and brother Pete, gave us a whole history of the soda fountain origin.Had my first Brooklyn style egg cream with specific directions on how to best enjoy it. Mmmmmm- he had a PBB sandwich and enjoyed! Delightful chat with Gia, then counter and tables filled up fast. Bought their book with 50pages of history and their recipes for sodas, sundaes and syrups. But I will make a visit there every time I’m in Brooklyn!! Thanks Gia for wonderful afternoon break.

After reading about the vintage New York delicacy, the egg cream I knew I had to try one. After a little bit of research this was the place I decided to try it. It was very tasty, but being my first I have no idea if it was as it should have been. We also had ice creams and they were worth the special trip we made to this part of Brooklyn on our last day of our holiday. Staff were also great. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed this place a lot. My wife didn’t as much, and would’ve given this a 4, but I liked it. The neighborhood is a great area to take a stroll around afterwards as well. They have creative concoctions to try. The nostalgic atmosphere makes this feel rosy and enjoyable.

I found this place after looking online for a dessert place in Brooklyn where I was staying. It was a bit far from where I was actually staying but it was so worth it. I was seated at the "bar" area since I was by myself. I got a really boring sundae but they have a great selection of specialty sundaes that are very large. I can't imagine eat one of them on my own, they're definitely shareable. The environment and space is really comfortable and a great place to take kids or a date.

We did a birthday for 12 people in the back room. Owner and server were amazing. Very accommodating. Most of us got ice cream sundaes - the whipped cream was especially delicious. My son got a root beer float and loved it. We all got paper soda jerk hats that everyone loved, those in our group who used to go to these places in the 40s and 50s were very moved.
