Melt in your mouth goodness

Just stumbled upon this little oasis of a place...the line was getting long so we joined it to see what the excitement was about. It did not disappoint. The croissants were flaky, delicate and melted in your mouth. I have only tasted this goodness while I lived in France. It was so impressive that we decided to place another order to go, as new items were being brought out from the oven. These did NOT disappoint either. Pure Yumminess!

This place is so tiny but so amazing. Coffee great, pastries out of this world. The counter is constantly been refilled with gorgeous, fresh, homemade deliciousness. The apple cider rose was amazing. I’m not sure what they do to the granola but the yoghurt was unreal. The staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly. There’s always a line but don’t let that put you off. If you can’t see a seat there’s a little garden courtyard through the back with a pond. It’s so relaxing and quiet out there - you’d forget you were in Brooklyn.

Outstanding bakery, 2 blocks down from our hotel. I could have eaten here every day. I love bakeries like this, everything was delicous. I tried this savory tart one morning that I will never get over, it was that good. Don't miss this.

Great baked goods and great if you like caffeine. But if you want decaf they really don't care to sell it to you. Probably for reasons of pure Williamsburg pretentiousness!

My new favorite place in New York

Since I moved to New York I have been trying to find my little corner, and since I found this little place in Brooklyn I don't want anything else! Everything is homemade and delicious especially for a good breakfast or brunch my favorites are their yogurt with homemade granola and their cinnamon roll!

This is place is ADORABLE, and the pastries were delicious. I went two times in two days, once for a sweet pastry and once for a savory one. It is tiny and popular, so don't count on getting a table.

Fabulous bakery !

Everything is delicious creative and consistent. I never leave without a loaf of sourdough rye, homemade granola, and several savory pastries... today I spotted a moist savory bread pudding with small bits of carrots, leeks, mushrooms.... delish !! I got the traditional skolbrod a cheese danish which is literally half filling and sprinkled with coconut. Also saw a plain looking dinner roll filled with chocolate....a pear raspberry lemon cake, unbelievable... even baguette sandwiches with mortadella arugula.... and a menu to order from. Teeny tiny popular and most get coffee and food to go. Great coffee too !

Great baked goods with a French twist.

Bakeri is a small little shop, but they have a communal table, a few two-tops and two tables on the outside patio but most of their business is to-go. The baked goods we tried - croissant, banana date loaf and cinnamon roll were excellent! The espresso coffee is freshly prepared by friendly staff. The vibe is laid-back and the decor is sort of vintage French farmhouse with repurposed furniture cabinets and period-style tile floors. Definitely a great mid-morning stop in Williamsburg.

This tiny shop was packed with goodies and the most friendly staff you could wish for! We went in on one of the hottest day, just as their air conditioning failed! They were good spirited and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome! Definitely worth a visit!!

Joy in your MOUTH my friends. Each thing is unique and robust with fantastic flavor. My personal favorite is their Lavender shortbread! It tastes like angel dust from heaven..to me anyway! If you are able, there is a small space in the back which is good for having your afternoon lunch or cup of joe. No matter what you try you will be very happy with whatever you choose!

I went there twice during my stay in Williamsburg. The sourdough bread with avocado was just so good. The place is small and cozy, and the sweet pastry was tasty as well. A perfect example of how a place need not be fancy if the products are good. They have cafes in other parts of NYC too.
