We kind of stumbled onto this little gem when about to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. I couldn't believe how crowded it became and it is obviously the go to place for a lot of kids after school. Prices were very reasonable. Buy by the...slice. Great idea. Pizza slices were huge (I am from Australia). I said I only needed one, but hubby insisted on two. Lunch also became dinner. I was craving vegetables, so I became a little excited when I spotted this pizza. Delicious too.More
Best pizza so Far. I can’t tell you enough how the art of good nyc pizza felt like a hopeless search. This is genuine! It’s hot the service is great and it’s in the heart of dumbo.
Best pizza I’ve ever had, the portions are so generous and the prices are super reasonable. Found this place by accident after walking across the Brooklyn bridge to Dumbo and we just had to make sure we went back before our holiday was up, pizza...in the UK just isn’t the same! We watched the pizzas being prepared and the love and care that goes into each one is amazing to see, you really can taste the difference. We got chatting to the guy who owns this place and he said he’s been going for over 33 years and you really can see why, we will always come back here now whenever we visit New York! I would definitely recommend the garlic bites too, best we’ve ever had!!More
Awesome. Pizzas are so delicious. Go for a mozzarella and vodka tomato sauce. Really worth it. Peperoni is good too by the way !
This ended up being our favorite pizza of our entire NYC trip. We ate at six different pizza places over our stay, including some of the ones that make top lists and our whole family agreed this was the best we had. Staff were very...nice and attentive which we didn't always get at some other spots.More
About 20 years ago I was in Brooklyn and had a Philly cheese steak that was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. I've thought about eating that sandwich again ever since. I think this was the best GF pizza I have ever had. Did not taste like the GF pizzas from the supermarket which usually make me feel a bit unwell due to how processed they are. This was an expensive pizza ($22), but as the...quality was so good, it was worth it. I opted for The Works on GF base. Shared with my partner, he could not tell this was GF. We headed out of the restaurant and took a short walk to some benches and steps overlooking the Brooklyn bridge - what a sight! A must see with the Manhattan backdrop lit up spectacularly.More
We visited here after seeing a blog review the pizza from a gluten free aspect. Both myself and my fiancé were really impressed with the pizza and I had no issues after.
Great slice off pizza and the service was awesome. Felt Local and it was clean and cool on a hot day.
Pizza was lovely. BUT give their cheesecake a miss. Had MOULD spots on the top. When I took it back, they gave us another one and it was exactly the same. The guy on the till put it straight in the bin, then preceded to...give us one that was exactly the same. He didn’t seem to bothered, which was quite worrying. Not great I’m afraid.More

If this isn't Brooklyn's best hidden gem then I don't know what is. Found this after walking across the Brooklyn bridge and had the most amazing pizza I've ever eaten. Friendly people and a real gem of a place. I wish the UK had authentic...places like this. I've never even eaten better on my trips to Italy for pizza. Definitely worth a visit. Thank youMore
Amazing is an understatement. I would give them 6 stars. Authentic Pizza and Subs. Welcoming atmosphere that makes a visitor feel like family. Must Visit when in Brooklyn. They also have Gluten Free Pizza.
We wandered in on a chilly morning looking for some hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich. We ordered up breakfast, but couldn’t stop looking at the fresh pizza coming out of the oven, so we ordered a few slices to see how they measured up....The breakfast sandwiches were great and the pizza was outstanding. We had pizza on 4 different occasions on this trip and this was easily the best we had. The guys working there were great. They did the vax card check when we said we were dining in. The kids loved it as well. Highly recommend if you find yourself in DUMBO.More
